Dishonourable company, crappy customer service
1 star because zero stars is not possible. Dishonourable company, crappy customer service, leaving you stranded at the slightest problem. Light11 is a shame. Totally unreliable webshop.
Buying from this company carries a very big risk. If your product is not delivered, you will never get a refund, you won't get a new product and you won't get your money back.
I will never buy anything from this company again, they are totally unreliable. You are nothing as a customer, customer service does not even take you seriously. And you cannot get any justice, as all versions of their website end up in the German courts. What a service, they sure know how to keep customers off their back. So cunning, everything is set up just to make money, and shrug off all problems.
I bought a fan for €750, which was supposed to be delivered by DHL, but was never delivered. I have now lost my money and have not received a product delivery. I emailed Light11.de for 3 months to get my money back or a new fan. They promised all that at first. Later they asked me to send in a statement that I never received anything so I would get my money back. Which I did, but of course, they never refunded. Customer service is very poor. They sent answers to my queries once every 10 days, and sometimes once every 2 weeks. They sent me from pillar to post.
They push you aside with your complaint and give very brutal answers. Especially a woman who seemed to be head of the service dept, a very rude and impolite employee. She even accused me of fraud and scam.
In the end, I got my money back through my credit card company. This company has insight into my payment history and knows that I am a trustworthy customer who will never claim anything if it is not justified. Of course, this Light11 customer service doesn't know that this money is simply recovered from Light11. Their knowledge doesn't go that far.
Light11 also never registered me with Trusted Shops, even though they advertise it on their website. So I couldn't invoke that guarantee either. I think it's a disgrace if you dare to treat customers like this.
I will never buy from their internet webshop again, if it goes wrong you lose your money and your parcel.
