It seems that every bank holiday really messes with your service. although it’s only one day holiday it seems to add two or three days before your goods arrive ?

Over a bank holiday weekend that extra day unfortunately does have a huge impact as order start to build on the friday over the 3 day weekend and causes more than one days worth of delay.
We always work as quickly as we can to dispatch orders during this time but delays can occur that are outside of our immediate control.
