They now use EVRI
Long time customer. Always had good packaging, and timely basic delivery by Royal Mail. My latest order came in a plastic bag and was delivered by Evri. Took days longer than usual to get here. Driver dropped bag next to front door, rang doorbell and ran. Fortunately we were in and heard the bell.
I avoid companies who use Evri as couriers, for good reason. Looking to avoid Liberty Flights after this change.

Liberty Flights are amazing but I was…
Liberty Flights are amazing but I was at work today when my delivery arrived (27.08.26).
The DPD Driver left the parcel on my front doorstep in the pouring rain. The package is absolutely soaked so you can imagine the state of it! There is waterproof box provided by my back door and most drivers have popped the parcel in there as it is documented.

Love their liquids hate there delivery agents
Love their liquids, top class but delivery by Evri is appalling, they left a £30 parcel of vape juice by the side of a road some 200 feet away from my door, next to a style used to access a footpath. Well needless to say the £30 worth of vape juice is now missing! So what are liberty flights going to do? Evri have an appalling reputation so why use them!
I cannot praise liberty flights enough, within two days they had replaced the liquids that had been stolen, well done for such excellent customer service

Scratches the itch
No criticism, I placed an order, got the standard discount and it arrived on time. Not exactly proud to vape but the product scratches the itch and for now is my crutch to keep me off the real things.
