I have been customer with Leons long…

I have been customer with Leons long time and noticed lately their customer service deteriorated.
I have baugh Sofa and love seat 2 weeks ago with protection plan.

I have reported to their customer service that loveseat is defective, looks like sponges are defective.

They had to confirm this by swnding the technician and then after confirmation they said they will not replace it ans they will ask manufacturer.
Manufacturer is also not replacing and they said they will order the parts and fix and no ETA provided yet.

After this experience i will not buy anything from leons.

They need to improve on customer service and vendor selection.

Worst place to get your Electronics

Worst place to get your Electronics, got my 65inches TV on sunday and my place didn't fit the TV. And I decided to returned the TV on Saturday since I haven't even open it. They told me there is no return policy. Just 6days different.Beware guys! Leons is a Scam. Am going to tell people I get across to beware of this company because they don't care if you're satisfied with your purchase or not!!!!!

Great prices and service.

My husband and I bought new bedroom furniture at Leons. The sales guy was really nice. He even price matched the exact same pieces from a competitor we showed him online. We got it delivered in a few days. The guys that brought it were very friendly. No issues.
With being so happy with our experience we went back to see buddy for his help with couches. He got us an awesome deal on a floor model sofa, loveseat and chair. Because it was a floor model the rep actually got the warehouse dudes to wrap them all up in plastic to protect them. We were a little disappointed that they wouldn't do delivery because it was a floor model. Not a huge deal and we got another way to get them. I think Leon's is great. Thank you.

Worst customer service!

Delivery drivers are rude! We paid for delivery and set up and they just quickly left the large boxes in the living room and left! I had to call the store to have a technician come assemble the couch. One of the arms wouldn’t attach to the side and they said they had to order another one. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting to hear when it will be coming in. No return policy either! This is the worst customer service. It’s clearly defective!

Leon’s delivery truck driver slam into…

Leon’s delivery truck driver slam into my front garage causing extreme damages when delivering mattresses. Make sure that the delivery driver are told where to put their vehicle when delivering. They have no logical thinking capability. Calgary Alberta. Worst experience with this company. Not to mention the emotional stress they caused.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. The delivery coordinator hung up on me when trying to arrange a different delivery time. They came whenever they wanted and would not work with my schedule. I paid for delivery and set up and the men delivering it threw it togethet and did not ask about height. It was so high I could not get into it and had to get my son-in-law to do it all. What did I pay for? I will NEVER buy from Leons again as I am clearly not a valued customer.

Leons has an all-sales are final and no-return policy. I purchased a Danby dehumidifier on August 21, 2023, and received the unit on September 28, 2023. The unit leaked the first time I plugged it in. I contacted Leons who told me to contact Danby. I contacted Danby who told me to return to the store. Leons informed that they (Leons) had an all-sales are final and no-return policy. I contacted Danby who said that they needed to see the unit leaking !!!

Stove didn’t work when delivered.went…

Stove didn’t work when delivered.went and chose another model cause the one I wanted would take 6 weeks to come in….when second stove was delivered side panel fell off. Went to store and asked to speak to manager she wouldn’t come and talk to me ..now waiting for third stove.
Very disappointed in Leon’s …Stoney Creek Ontario
And absolutely no compensation for all this ….don’t feel they value my business. This was my third purchase from Leon’s this year but I will never go back
The fridge I bought earlier this year had 2 big dents

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I bought a sofa 5 months ago and they delivered damaged piece and since then I am trying to get it replaced and every time I call or email them I receive same response that they will respond back when they will listen from their manufacturer.

Worst customer service experience of my life. I would recommend you guys to save yourself and don't buy anything from here, they won't bother to do anything after selling you damaged stuff.

Waited 6 months for an LG fridge that…

Waited 6 months for an LG fridge that got discontinued as soon as we started making payments on it followed by crappy customer service where we had communication only when we followed up and the EDD for the different model was always wrong. They never even informed us it had been discontinued. No follow up. Lack of communication. Very frustrating!!

Bought a sofa from Leon in Richmond, BC

Bought a sofa from Leon is Richmond. Got suckered into spending $100+ on its L2 Platinum fabric protection package. We were told that someone from Leon would come to my house to apply the fabric protection. After a couple of months and hearing nothing, I called Zucora and was told that they didn't have a technician in Richmond. Another 4 months later, I called Zucora again and was told that they weren't responsible for spraying, the fabric protection should have been sprayed in Leon's warehouse, not at the owner's home. Well, either Leon or Zucora or both are liars. Lesson learned..

Worse delivery experience of my life...

I wish you had minus 5 stars for the rating... Everything started from the moment they arrived...
As soon as they stopped one of them went behind a tree and took a leak, our Super had just gone back in the building and no resident was walking their dogs, because that is the area they use to walk their dogs... now I am thinking he is going to touch my mattress without washing his hands after touching his private part...but thankfully he put on his working gloves... but aging he took his gloves off and touched his phone screen to confirm the delivery and get it signed by me... later on one of them broke a piece of my bedframe trying to fit the mattress box in the frame and later he was trying to convince me that the bed frame was already broken at first and the other guy was saying it's screw-on and it's ok... Not only they broke my bed they also were taking me as a fool, or a child who they could fool by lying and talking nonsense, but They also managed to scratch my big screen tv by the mattress box when they were trying to put the mattress box in the bed, and one of them farted in my room which stank the whole room and I had to open all the windows to get rid of the stink... The worst delivery experience in my life... Now I need a queen-sized bed frame and a big screen TV because of it... I hope Leon's will compensate me for the damages, which I have the photos to prove... Thankfully a very polite gentleman from Weston costumer relations of Leon's (Which I won't name for privacy reasons at this point), called me within in few minutes after I filled out their delivery survey and asked me to email the photos of my broken bed set and TV screen plus full explanations of my experience, that was done on Thursday Sept. 14/2023... At this point I am waiting for him to let me know what they are going to do to rectify this problem.... will keep you guys posted with the result... To be continued...

Delivery was ACE!

Delivery was fast, efficient and personable! Two great guys, Rich & Hayden, whisked up a flight of stairs and into the kitchen a humongous French fridge and a dishwasher.
Terrific effort, only surpassed by terrific attitude.

No Customer Appreciation

I went into Leon's for a refrigerator as mine was almost dead. They had a customer appreciation event so I went in and ordered the refrigerator. When it was delivered it did not fit the area. We had measured it and it still did not fit. I called Customer Service and they basically told me "it's your responsibility it's on the receipt. We cannot do anything for you". This is unacceptable as you always have a two or three day window when something is delivered. I called them within the hour. So i decided to go down to the store and talk to them face to face. The salesman that sold me the refrigerator (John Bauman) was there and honestly if it wasn't for him I would be giving my review one star. He was very helpful and sympathetic and helped me to find a new refrigerator which is what I wanted to start off with. He didn't hesitate he showed me what else was on the floor and in stock. They finally agreed to do the exchange with a restocking fee. This situation has caused me a lot of stress both mentally and financially. Not sure if I will be shopping here again.

Leon's furniture Weston is terrible

I bought a living room set from Leon's in June and was told that delivery with 3 lamps would happen on August 19. On the day of I was told they do not delivery lamps because of how fragile they are and received 3 of the 4 pieces for the living room set. Was then promised delivery would be made on the coming Tuesday. I took the day off work waited all day and after speaking to many, who told me the delivery would show, the delivery did not show. After speaking to management I was told they would deliver and give me compensation. I was later told taking the day off of work was worth $75 to them, which I also have yet to receive three weeks later. I have shopped at Leon's four times and have had poor experiences with them every single time.

Not acceptable!

If I could star less than one star I would. I urge you to NEVER purchase an appliance from Leon’s , they do not stand behind their warranties. You will be without an appliance for 6 weeks before it’s fixed. What is the warranty even worth if you waited that long. Better off paying a repair guy. I was a long standing customer for 20 years and will be no longer.

Has your cheap customer service staff in Edmonton. Then when I call to complain they always dispatched their boss and the boss told them my stuff will come next month all the time I call always the same lies.
they never want to come back to take back their crap because I had never seen this worst of service in my life . the worst they keep billing me every month. I feel that I was scammed by Leon's. They always put me on hold for long time in order to discourage me to loose my money, I am a victim of this store called Leon's.
The customer service is lying too much and have no respect for customer they are not professional. Their products are not good they are fake when you call to complain they take a lot of time to send a technician and after three months I can't have my stuffs changed because they keep lying to me. Enough is enough

I will never buy from Leon's again

I will never buy from Leon's again. So so many problems
1) sold me install and take old appliances package. Then called night before and said I was responsible for disconnecting all and removing from wall. Many calls on whether they would actually deliver to the laundry room or leave at the door.
2) install was a joke. Did not level the appliances. And the dryer hose popped off. Same day as install. Called install company. Told to call Leon's
3) dryer sensor doesn't work. Called Leon's. Told to call Maytag. Called Maytag told I would be charged 130 if they were able to make the machine work.
So now I have to reattach dryer hose and level appliance myself before Maytag arrives and charges me 130 dollars !!
Leons is a joke. Do not buy from here and certainly do not purchase the install !
