Second time you've asked me to do this - it won't change the result! You put my order on hold without saying anything as it was different to my previous order (several years before!). After I had called to check on it your agent verified the prescription I wanted and you then sent the old prescription anyway! Fast delivery is the only reason its not 1 star

After reviewing your account, we can see that your previous order in 2025 was for a plus (+) prescription, whereas your recent order was placed with a minus (-) prescription. As this represented a significant change, our system automatically placed the order on hold for manual checking to help ensure the prescription was correct before dispatch.
We can also see that you subsequently contacted our Customer Service team via live chat, after which the order check was completed and your order was dispatched. We are sorry that this additional verification caused a delay and appreciate that clearer communication would have made the process less frustrating.
