Amazing product and wonderful customer service 👍🏻

The shipping provider seemed to have lost my package since the tracking didn't show any movement after pickup. Houda from the Legend team reached out proactively and offered a refund or reshipment. I opted for the refund and it arrived the same week. 0 stars for the shipping provider but 5 stars for Legend for rectifying the issue without hassle.

I purchased from legend London for the first time this month and although had a slight problem with one of my items I emailed the team who have been nothing but supportive and responsive and the customer service has been second to none and because of that I will be recommending this business to ally friends and purchasing again a special shout out to both Kathleen and Lei who I have been dealing with both have been absolutely amazing!!!

Website claims 60% sale. All they’ve done it jack up their prices and crossed it out and kept the original prices.

Kathleen responded through email very quickly making my return and issuing of gift card a quick turn around for me to reorder the parcels that I wanted. Thank yall so much!

I had a great experience with the customer support team at Legend London. I had some issues with my order delivery, but Rachael was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me updated, was very professional, and ultimately went above and beyond to ensure a prompt resolution by arranging a reshipment for me. I really appreciate her assistance and the excellent service provided. Highly recommend!

Terrible quality. I would advise anyone to steer clear of ordering jeans from here.

The moment I unpacked the order, there was that unmistakable smell you often get from cheap, low-quality clothing. And don't even get me started on the "cut" of the jeans.

I ordered a 36/32, and the legs are ridiculously wide at the bottom — they look more like baggy pyjama trousers than properly fitted jeans. Instead of having a shape that follows the body, they flare out almost like bell-bottoms.

On top of that, the actual color of the jeans looks completely different from the photos shown on the website. What you receive simply doesn't match how the product is presented online.

Very disappointing quality, fit, color, and overall finish. Definitely not what I expected based on the website, and I certainly wouldn't order again.

Need to change my order size and was promptly informed that the order change had been successful by Waqar. Easy process with rapid feedback on a Sunday.

The customer service was excellent Amir was 1st class and we have resolved my issue with zero fuss not only do i get a great product but the after care is top draw cheers Amir brilliant

Yea..Definitely don’t use this company.
I had issues with them before but i thought i’d see if they’ve improved….Absolutely Not!!
As i said before terrible customer service and when contact was made it was the same questions over and over from them. Sent back some items nearly two weeks ago for a refund costing me £20 ..Still no response. I replied to an email i received from them when i ordered,no response.
Awful customer support and communication.
Will never use this company again!!!
