A great experience with Lebara

I had a great experience with Lebara support today thanks to Tristan. I ordered a new eSIM but didn’t receive the activation email, so I contacted support through chat. Tristan responded immediately, helped me locate the order, and sent the activation email right away.

He was very patient, kept the chat open while we waited for the email to arrive, and made sure everything worked before closing the conversation. The whole process was smooth and friendly.

Thank you Tristan for the quick and helpful support!

I got 2 subscriptions. Coz I couldn’t reach to change my earlier subscription.
The Lebara will cancel my earlier subscription and give me a refund for 19 kr.

Had both of my call today with Lukas

Had both of my call today with Lukas, and couldnt be more happier with the kind help and friendliness! All my issue also have been thoroughly solved with his help, from the sim card pick-up appointment to the activation and all :) Thank you so much!! Wishing him a wonderful day and years ahead!

Sim delay

Flora helped a lot but I am disappointed about the delay in delivery of our sim card. We cannot get TV until it comes 😑
