Excellent Support and Guidance
Having people that can support you just an email away, and they take the time to understand your situation and not just regurgitate some mottos to motivate you.
I've just finished the fiurst major project and the support was amazing. Calls with mentors to help keep me on track, with quick feedback on areas to improve and what positives are there to build on. It's been really nice to feel like i'm not doing this on my own. and when i do have a wobble, i know i can contact the team and someone will be there to talk to and help process things effectively

The learning people have been soo supportive through out my study, self study can be a lonely journey, they were days i almost gave up, but the consistent call from Jenny and student support team kept me going. Supportive, professional with some academic waffling
There is no doubt that this is a great organisation that really support its students. Everyone I’ve been in contact with so far have been very helpful and professional. The only thing that brings my experience down a little is that for a sleep deprived mum brain, the course work has a little bit too much academic waffling and doesn’t always have a great way of explaining a concept to someone who’s never heard of the concept before. I think it would be great if the courses included some more examples to help get their knowledge understood by a newbie and perhaps the occasional translation into plain English. That being said, the first exam I sat did have quite a lot of academic waffling in it so I understand that is very much something one has to get used to. I have recently discovered that using chat GPT to translate some of the information into plain English has helped massively and the course would be perfect if it just did that already so AI wasn’t such a necessity. 9 years ago fresh out of uni and well trained at academic language I would not have had this problem, but if someone else out there are as sleep deprived and juggling family life, I just think they should have a little heads up about it.
I would definitely recommend the learning people and their project management career path.

I had a very positive experience with The Learning People throughout my IT certification journey.
As someone transitioning into the IT industry, I found the learning materials well-structured and easy to follow. The flexibility of studying at my own pace allowed me to balance my studies alongside work and family commitments, which was incredibly valuable.

I have had a very positive experience…
I have had a very positive experience with the learning people since I have enrolled. The student teams across the board are very engaging and really take the time to understand you and your goals for the course. Im doing the data analyst and AI course, and have felt super supported from the beginning! Thanks to Katie and Vita! The platforms are really nicely put together with a self-paced format and knowing I have access to ask mentors whilst studying is great. I think it a very good investment of my time and I can see myself coming back here to up skill further in the future.

When I first joined Learning People I…
When I first joined Learning People I was really happy with the support I had, I had a dedicated contact who proactively checked in, and who I could also speak to for support. I did have a change to my health situation during the course and she was really supportive in extending etc.
sadly when she left it was a very different story,no one had told me the contact person left so messages just went I responded to.
I received no contact and was just told you contact us if needed which was not what I had paid for, there was no dedicated support person and it was just random people each time. Each time I did make contact I had to escalate my issues to be listened to.
I have now finished my course with learning people, it would have been nice if someone had reached out towards the end, but the only thing to happen was my account being switched off on the expiry date even though I had been told someone would contact me a month before to check in, see if extra time was needed, sadly nothing. I know I could reach out but I paid for a supportive service so it should have been both ways.
I now wish I had just done the course online with a non supportive provider as could have saved money.
