Advertised prices not honoured

I made three separate flight bookings through lastminute.com. Each time they accepted my booking request only to cancel it afterwards.

When I contacted customer services, I was openly told that the fare had increased and that they would not honour the original advertised price. If the price is no longer available, customers should not be allowed to submit a booking request at that price only to have it cancelled afterwards.

Three bookings, three cancellations and a complete waste of my time. I will take my money elsewhere.

Arriving at 9pm at hotel after a long…

Arriving at 9pm at hotel after a long flight we were told by a young girl at reception that no food was available only to be told next morning that she was wrong in saying that
Also for being a 4star hotel the room wasnt very pleasant the tv didnt work and we were adjoining rooms n heard every conversation the other guests had not a very nice stay woukdnt go back..booking through last minute.com was swift n straightforward but the hotel in Belfast city was very unpleasant

Booked flights to Perth Oz 3 months…

Booked flights to Perth Oz 3 months ago. Immediately noticed a spelling error on one name. Flagged this with the Company. They said a charge of €160 applied to which I agreed. 3 months later they have still not changed the details nor requested payment. Spoke to an agent who said he couldn't help & I would need to re-book. This is ridiculous. I spoke to Quantas who were more than helpful but could not help as we stupidly booked with lastminute.com. Quantas also said they don't charge for a spelling error change and that the error can easily be changed by lastminute.com through their agents portal. So basically lastminute.com are making a charge for a free service and/or change the flights at further cost also. How does this make sense lastminute.com... extortion springs to mind.

cancelled flight after booking

cancelled flight after booking.

This company cancelled my flight after booking tickets at a reasonable price, they then said the price changed and that my tickets were cancelled asking me to pay an extortionate amount of money in order to rebook. They have next to no customer service as it must be done through a chat system where agents could care less about your concerns! went to another company that offered the same tickets for a reasonable price.

Lastminute.com Hurghada

At arrival to Hurghada airport, Masters Travel Service representative was not there. I asked the line of other operatives, they all looked around and said he not there. One pointed me to the office, which was closed. But a driver took my confirmation paper and rang the guy. Who came to us about 10mins later.
Once at hotel, we received a letter from the MTS rep. Asking us to meet with him in morning. Agreed... came down to meeting... he did not show.
Our holiday was not off to a good start..... a lot of stress and confusion.
Holiday ended as it began...... I opted to use lastminute.com service to check in on our behave. App stated passes would be emailed at 1.30am.
On waking... no passes. I contacted lastminute panicking via app.... she promised it had been sent to appropriate team, and they were dealing with it as a priority.
She said it would be definitely completed in next couple hours.

A few hours later.... and as I predicted. Received notification....
Due to technical issue... unable to issue boarding passes. Refund given!
The refund was the only efficient part of any services provided. But no use to me.....

Every part of our holiday that Lastminute.com were involved with, became Very Very stressful time!

Do not ever book from this website

Do not ever book from this website ! absolute terrible .horrendous customer service and tickets got cancelled a moment after purchasing. With litterally no sign of a reason.So dissappointed .

Service was good

Service was good. Nice breakfast Room was hard to get to. Not fully accessible by lift. Room was small . It had everything necessary for stay but was very cramped. It was clean
