Made a purchase through this companies Ebay site 'Amigozone'.
Brought a mattresses topper they said they sent and gave a tracking no however this never updated I contacted Royal Mail and they confirmed they had never received a parcel for that tracking no.
Contacted company they promised a replacement would be sent that’s day and lo and behold no replacement was ever sent and still no REFUND.
I am still waiting for a refund and PayPal have now taken over the case AVOID this company like the plague.

Terrible , only use if you like playing Russian roulette with your money.
Courier sent item to someone else's address, informed these guys and they just said their couriers tracking said delivered.
Of course it does, never denied that .They did deliver but to some others damned address.
Customer service refuses to listen or help, ebay spouts same generic response. Tracking says delivered ' n to contact courier. Already tried that ,courier says seller has to contact them but impossible to get them to get off their damned backsides.

AVOID THEIR HOME WEBSITE & THEIR EBAY STORE for gawd sake or just save time n just burn ur cash. Same result!!
