This company is a complete con.
I have also purchased a pillow from Sleeping cozy. Free 48hour delivery, they said.
Item has never been delivered, they have not replied to any of my emails with regards to a delivery date. and no reply to my request for a full refund,
There is no phone number supplied either.
Luckily i paid by Paypal so there is some hope i will get some money back...fingers crossed.
I purchased a pillow from Sleeping Cozy as advertised on Facebook, on 24th June 2020 on the understanding that there was a Money Back Guarantee as advertised on the Sleeping Cozy website. The pillow arrived a few days later and after trying it out for several days I concluded that it did not help my problem and in line with the Money Back Guarantee advertised - and within the requisite period - on 6th July I wrote to Sleeping Cozy and asked for instructions to return it, including the return address. I received a reply, however the return information was NOT supplied. I was asked to keep trying the pillow, which I reluctantly did for a number of days as they said that they would extend the time in which I could return it. As far as returning it is concerned, I noticed that I would be expected to pay return postage PLUS an extra £6 - apparently to pay for the original delivery charge of the pillow to me (which was advertised as FREE DELIVERY to me). Surely this is not even legal?
The pillow still did not help my problem, so on 26th July I asked again for the return details. I received no reply and wrote again on 1st August, 10th August and 12th August but still no reply. It appears that the Money Back Guarantee is NOT being honoured by Sleeping Cozy and that I am unable to return the pillow.
As I paid by Paypal I opened a dispute and they got my money back for me in full. Full marks to Paypal! Note that Sleeping Cozy also advertise themselves as "a proud British business". This is very misleading. The London address shown on the website is a virtual office ONLY and you cannot return anything there. The products come from abroad.
