Merchandise arrived right on time. Many positive comments on the cuteness and quality of the Christmas cards.

I love the monthly planners. It's my custom to order a new Lang calendar each December. My order arrived so quickly.

My calendars arrived during wet weather. Fortunately, I came home in time to bring the package into the house. The calendars were fine but the outside package was wet. I think that you use such good quality paper, the contents were not damaged.

Quality calendars. Beautiful artist designs. I get my calendar every year from Lang. Have the black wooden holder that frames the calendar perfectly. Look forward to picking a new one each year. Delivery is quick. A reputable company.

I recieved an order with my name on it but it was someone elses order inside. Never the less my 3 children were late in getting their Thanksgiving Calendars. I had to return the order I had gotten & tried to find a way of getti ng it back. Then I had to wait again for my order to come. I was very disapointed in Langs service. Joan Wisnieski

lang cards are the best ---always good quality and beautifully done.
also have a great address book they put out.

These are overpriced with no availability of coupons rarely especially for repeat customers.

I haven't yet opened the calendar but previous calendars have been nice

Ordered a box desk calendar. Lang uses UPS. UPS lost the calendar for 3 days in its Jacksonville plant. Calendar was then sent to the UPS Miami facility where UPS mis-sorted the calendar resulting in a further delay. This resulted in the delivery of the calendar missing our window to receive it. Called UPS to redirect to a different address - they said they could not and to call LANG. I called Lang and they said they couldn't redirect and I should reorder a new calendar. I said this was unacceptable and Lang would be losing a customer if this couldn't be resolved to my satisfaction. Customer service agent said "I really don't care". I ordered a new calendar from Calendars.com who seem to have a greater commitment to customer service. I will never use Lang again!

Love the Christmas cards! I have bought them every year for the past 10+ years. This is the first year I bought the gift bags and love them. Very sturdy and pretty. Will NOT rip thru as easy.

Looked all over for a certain college calender-you were the only ones who had it!!!! So grateful!

I emailed them 3 times. Never received a response. The Calendars are good. Customer Service is very poor. I have been buying calendars from them for 12 years. Thinking of looking elsewhere next year. Curstomer servie is everything.

My box was delivered to my old address. I never received my cards and it was too late to have a new shipment sent out before Christmas.
