Disgusted with their return policy…

Disgusted with their return policy which is really no policy. I bought a horse blanket from them. Tried it on my horse, it was not sized properly and was way too big. Immediately took it off my horse, put it back in the original packaging and sent it back. They claimed it came by dirty (only on my horse for 5 minutes max) so they refused to provide even a partial refund. Their return policy is no policy just a farce. Stay away.

I've ordered Nexgard plus several times…

I've ordered Nexgard plus several times I went to order it again and they have made it difficult. They now want me to mail a hard copy of the heart worm test. And a rx from my vet. I said " you always msg my vet they always fax you a copy or the rx. She said they don't do that. I said so you don't want my bussiness and she stated nothing . So after years of never having a problem now I need to get a new pet pharmacy. The funny thing is they're not cheaper than other pharmacy. So just wanted people to know that your bussiness might not be wanted or needed.

Great products, slow shipping

Had found some supplies for a fair price. Several items noted "ships in one business day" ... which was more of a thought than an actual practice. I placed the order very early on Tuesday and was notified of shipped at 2a Friday. Came 3 days later than expected. All products, stainless steel dog bowls and canine dewormer, were fine quality. One dewormer was not included. Great products if you don't care when it's delivered.

If i could give zero stars I would

If i could give zero stars I would! I ordered 10 heated water buckets a few days ago, they were on sale and had a discount code. I'm sorry I thought i found a good deal. I just got a call saying they discontinued the item because they wouldn't make much money on it!! Literally told me that! Then i went on their website and they didn't discontinue it they DOUBLED THE PRICE OF IT!! They took my money and then a few days later canceled my sale because they wont make a ton of money off of me???? False advertising, deceptive business practices and terrible customer service. They have lost the potential of thousands of dollars from me and my business. I didn't magically make up their pricing, they did!! I just accepted the offer. I just gave my money to another retailer instead.

Product images and actual product do not match

If I could give 0 stars I would. The product listing pictures were not what the product actually was. The title and picture of product were not the same. "It's your fault for not reading more carefully" was what I was told when I called after I received the wrong product. Horrible customer service, representative was rude.

Do not Buy from this place

Do not Buy from this place. I ordered a Bates saddle and several other items. They claimed to ask me via email to confirm, but I received nothing. When I queried them about the status of the order, they told me it was "pending" because it needed to be verified. When I verified, the saddle was then out of stock. I cancelled a $7,000 order because of this. I will never use these clowns again, totally unprofessional and mismanaged.

I have been ordering dog vaccines from…

I have been ordering dog vaccines from KV SUPPLY for three years. The shipments always arrive on time in a Styrofoam cooler with freezer packs. They come all the way across the country to the California desert and are still extremely cold.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This company had my order for veterinary meds that had to be cold shipped and they held it for THREE WEEKS blaming it on the bad weather that was in Texas (they are not in Texas) even though neither UPS nor FEDEX nor USPS had delays of more than one day in those places. So I ordered at another place and called to cancel and then they sent my package anyway and billed me TWO WEEKS after I cancelled it. I sent them the cancellation confirmation and they still billed me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Never received product

I ordered a fence on the 16th of July. On the 21st I received an email stating that it was back ordered. I emailed them twice with no responses. I have called during business hours several times and they are always closed. The product was never shipped. I was charged but no fence. This should be illegal. Never do business with them.

Items arrived damaged and unusable they won't make it right.

I finally posted a review with pictures...of course they didn't post my review nor will they give refund. I won't be doing business with this sorry company again.

I don't know why there are so many…

I don't know why there are so many horrible reviews, I read them but desperate for my dogs allergy shot (she has severe anxiety when going to the vet) I tried them anyway and have been very impressed, 1-2 days after the vet approves my order the package arrives in a smaller cooler box with ice packs (the medication needs to be refrigerated). I even received emails from KV supply with updates on my order. Overall I am very impressed despite all the negative reviews.

They need to correct their accounting…

They need to correct their accounting and customer service, so when an order is processed the right amount is charged. My order was charged a certain amount, which I have copy of, and then they charged my credit card more than what they put on my original receipt. Then they added full shipping charge of 4.99 which is not what was advertised on their site, so then they had to credit me for that difference less the amount they added to my original order. But they still didnt get it right and so my order was still wrong. Fix your issues in accounting and your customers will keep coming back, leave the way they are and we wont be back. Word of mouth can kill any business. You dont deserve the one star I gave you.

Did not receive order, no communication

Our dog requires medicine for a pretty serious liver issue. We had it set to ship on October 7th. It is now October 28th and we haven't received it and are running VERY low on a critical medicine that is difficult to get locally. We received an email last night that it was still pending. I called this morning to check on the order and was told that they are no longer shipping to California or Maine. This was never communicated to us. I requested to cancel the order. We have not received confirmation that it is being cancelled and we are now scrambling to find this medicine locally before our supply runs out.

Do not give money to this terrible…

Do not give money to this terrible business. You are better off paying full price at a vet or pharmacy. At least you'll actually receive your package. I ordered my dogs meds last month and when I go to track the status it says pending approval so I called my vet who said they called kv and kv claimed they never received my order but that they would call me. They are a fraudulent company and should not be in business. I'll be filing a claim seeing as how I'll never see my dogs meds or hear from them again.

Poor Service

I placed an order on 4/29. The supplement was on backorder until 5/16. Fine. When I didn't receive it by the end of May, I called KV to cancel my order. I had to leave a message for them
after being on hold for 34mins. I did not hear back from them. The order arrived 6/7, despite asking them to cancel it. The way I received it was frightening. It came in a open box (not taped), the box was closed by tucking in the four flaps. My invoice was on recycled paper (my part was printed portrait, and some other address was at the end (landscape style), it only measured 3/4 of a page! (I wish I could post the pics of both the box and invoice, the review does not permit attachments.) I have been a customer for a long time, before they moved states (about 10 years). I will never shop with them again after this incident. Pathetic!

Never order food from this company

Never order food from this company.

Medicine if not critical may be ok. I did get my medicine that had decent expiry date. But dog food were given with expiry date in 3 months. They run out of fish oil for dog so I went for the 32 oz bottle. The expiry date was 3 month. I sent email and they told me "FOOD" cannot be returned...and in exchange they give me a $5 credit for my $50 purchase fish oil. I don't want the $5 credit. I want to exchange to another bottle that has a longer expiry date / return it.

If you buy stuff that is expired / turn stale early, u probably will be out of luck in asking them for exchange/refund. So never buy food from this website. They had problem in selling them so you will end up having stuff close to expiry date and will not able to ask for return/exchange b/c their return policy don't allow return of "food" items.
