The paints are really lovely
The paints are really lovely. Our only issue is the huge tax bill that we had to pay when the paints arrived in Belgium. We know that it's the fault of Brexit not you but that makes it expensive. Still we are glad that we got those that we did.

Import duties = yes indeed, since Brexit, the importation of goods into the EU from any other non-EU country is subject to taxation, but I'm sorry that we have no control over that.

Can't fault the paint - but the price I can.
Can't fault the paint.
But can fault the price point.
Was disappointed to find that even with the intake of air in hitting the go button on two pots 1 litre paint costing £100 that then I was expected to pay and extra £20 VAT & for delivery! Unbelievable prices.
I wish having healthy paints wasn't just for the rich but was more accessible.
MDF primer and Lacquer were just fine otherwise, very happy.

many thanks for your feedback - we know its not easy in 2026 when everything is SO expensive - including our ingredients & overheads - but the delivery was our usual £5.99.
We would really like to make cheaper products, but it just happens that the two items you chose are indeed quite expensive.

Needed only one coat
Although the washable mat paint was more expensive than I would have liked, it was top quality and whereas with a standard paint brand I would have had to do two coats, I got by with just one coat and it looks great!

These are quality paints! More expensive but I feel they are worth it as I do my own decorating.
