Good quality, reasonable price.
We located Lakeland Furniture online and used their filters to select new office chairs for our home office. The prices seemed reasonable and the order was delivered very quickly. All parts were in good condition and it was relatively easy to assemble the chairs. The new chairs are comfortable and appear well-made, and the real life appearance of the faux-leather fabric accurately matched the website photographs.

Customer service is top rate from Lakeland. I purchased 2 bar stools, which I have to say are absolutely fabulous. Quality is great but one of the legs had an adjuster missing. The company couldn't have been more helpful sending out a replacement the next day. Outstanding service

Fantastic items and service
I love the bar stools I bought from this company. They are very sturdy and comfortable. Everything that was sent to me was well wrapped to protect against damage. There was a small issue with some fixings missing but a quick phone call soon sorted that and they arrived the next day by courier. Overall I’m very pleased with my items and with the service.

Fast delivery, ordered a bar stool and after putting this together noticed the stitching on one side of the seat was coming away. Contacted customer services via email & sent over a photo. In less than six hours they sent another seat.

Amazing Customer Service, Lovely Office Chair
Ordered an office chair but it was not particularly comfortable for my husband and I as we are tall, customer services (Helen and Lisa) were amazing, so helpful and concerned that we find the right chair for our needs, they even checked that the thickness of padding was suitable for us at the warehouse before exchanging the item. The exchange collection and delivery was very well organised. I would definitely use this company again for its products, competitive price and it’s customer services, what a breath of fresh air to have helpful and pleasant customer service with real people who actually respond promptly too. Very pleased with replacement chair, it appears well made, is comfortable and looks fab.

Beautiful Office chair looks even better in person. When questioned customer service about stock, pre purchase, they replied very promptly with information.
Delivery was also on time. Very happy with purchase and would recommend this company.

Reasonable quality chair delivered as…
Reasonable quality chair delivered as per description but it arrived with absolutely zero instructions on how to construct. Thankfully I'm reasonably handy so I managed to put it together okay (despite an errant arm plug which I found drifting around in the box); however somebody less handy would probably have struggled and need to bring in outside help. They owe it to their customers to provide some basic instructions at least.

Ordered four bar stools and I had a problem with the base and one of the foot rests with bolts not going in and they replaced both with no issues. Chairs are good value and look great. I would recommend. Than you

Good value for Money, and good Customer Support
We purchased 8 dining chairs from Lakeland, which arrived quickly and in time. Two of them had the wrong colour of legs - I emailed customer support who arranged for the correct legs to be sent, arriving the next day.
We’ve since purchased two bar stools from them which also arrived quickly, and look good.
Overall we are very happy with the chairs and customer service.
