This is honestly the worst review I think I've ever left a site. After watching my son over the last 4 days bet on clover gold on £1 and £2 spins it takes forever to get a bonus and when he does it gives nothing back. I get that it's chance of the draw but surly it's impossible to get bonuses and them never pay more the £20 now when you've spent close to a grand on the same game surly you would get some sort of decent win I mean a 200 pound win would not go a miss to them but most of the bonus are less then £20 the other day for example he hit the bonus 3 times back to back and all 3 bonus never game him a penny I mean no money symbols no pots to go to next round just dead spins all 3 was on £2 spins so 3x bonus back to back total payout £6 how can 3 bonuses have the same outcome in a row. Put a,bet on number 35 on the fishing frenzy roulette it hit a bonus and hit x991 but I never recieved no winnings they froze the game then returned the bet absolute rip off. Wasn't just me the chat blew up with people losing their win. The win didn't even come up on the bottom history screen contacted support they told me to log in and out then the chat disappeared of course have emailed but doubt I get a reply. . I made a huge £50 bet on a greyhound. An earth changing sum that of course required "review". The screen said, it exceeded the limit and was going to a "trader" (an unemployable street huckster, in other words).

The wheel spun and spun...all through the race. The dog won, and AMAZINGLY, the bet was THEN rejected. I'm positive if the dog had lost the small time street huckster to whom they pay minimum wage would have rejected the bet.

Twice this week I've been to the burton upon trent shop, and twice they won't allow me to go inside saying they are closing.. I went tonight at around 8.15pm to be told the same, this is the only ladbrokes around here so I'm now unable to collect my winnings, very irritating and closing before time. Charging absolute thousands to redeem ladbucks. I thought it must be a mistake so went on the online chat but just kept getting told to read the rules. I play other sites with their equivalent of ladbucks and all cost the same. For example 3 free spins cost 300. Ladbrokes cost 3,000. A £1 bonus costs 1000. Ladbrokes cost 10,000. Others go up to 100,000 and more. Absolutely ridiculous. So once I can redeem I won't be playing there any more.
