Same situation here. I didn’t subscribe anywhere just got a free sample and then in one month got a faktura for 2000kr for 4 packages which I didn’t order. Sent to them email cuz this is the only way to contact them but they don’t respond.

Alert! This company is a scam!! They created a shopping funnel in a very shady way - you will think that process of your registration or contract signing is not compleat but they will scrap your data, register you in their database with binnding contract and few months later, when you forget that you ever clicked on their offer, you will get an invoice. They will also take it all the way to inkasso as they opperate in a grey zone where there are no clear regulation in regards to online shopping.

They are sending me smth I never ordered, send faktura and then inkasso, no response on my demand to stop sending me their stuff, breaking all the customer laws. Reported them to police and other relevant structures. Please do the same, don’t stay silent, it is organized crime, help us stop it.

They continue spamming me sending me unsolicited good trying to collect money from me harass me dont delete my data despite repeated requests

Scammers - stay clear.

They offer “free samples” then all of a sudden an invoice appears for something you never ordered.

I never accepted a subscription of any sort. I sent them an email asking about the invoice telling them I have not received any products from them, whatsoever.

They refuse to revoke the invoice and are now not only charging me 160 SEK for something I did not order and never received - they are adding a paminnelse charge in top of this nonsense.

And in their reply they actually tried to sell me 6 or 12 month subscription???

This is a big scam they give you a free sample and then then 4 more boxes with 1800 faktura without customers agreement and they said that we cannot return that boxes this is totally againt consumer right . I have complained about them in Swedish consumer right office ( ARN) .

It is very big cheating company. They just send you a 6 months supply and they rob you. If you try to send an email they do not respond. They do not have a phone number to call. It is cheating customers for sure. Worst customer service.

They trick customers into buying through misleading communication and advertising. You are then charged for things you did not knowingly order, and there is no way to return them. They only respond to emails, at best. No other way to get in contact.

Posted an add for free trial and then by default register you as a monthly subscriber for a monthly packages with an invoice,
They don’t have any mobile number on the invoice and never answer me n the mobile number I Google
When i sent them an official email mentioning what i have experienced, they replied with an essay about the benefits of their “Collagen PRO” benefit
After repeated emails about sending back their products so they can end this unlawful subscription they announced that they’ll end the subscription after this last package which cost 1799.99kr

Scam, a website that lures in customers and takes their money without their knowledge and consent

This company is a complete scam! Avoid trying any of their “free” products at all costs. I tried their Collagen Pro, and after two weeks, I decided to cancel to ensure no subscription charges after the trial period. Customer service confirmed the cancellation and assured me it was taken care of. However, to my shock, I later received a bill for 799 kroner. They claimed I hadn’t canceled the subscription, even though I never received the product they’re charging me for. This is clearly how they operate—by exploiting and deceiving people for profit. DO NOT SUPPORT AND PATRONISE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS!!!

This is fraud, running digitally. No one responds you calls. They ask for your details saying we support you with good health and information and then start sending you medicines and invoices as high as possible. Do not get in to this, it is a serious fraud. Be aware of Labpharma AS

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Labpharma.
As a loyal customer who has always paid invoices on time, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and respect.
Despite their claim of sending reminders via SMS and email, I unfortunately lost receiving them on time , which led to an unpaid invoice.
Instead of following up with better communication or understanding, I was met with a robotic, impersonal approach that completely disregarded my previous loyalty.
What’s worse is the lack of accountability for their flawed communication system.
Blaming the customer instead of addressing internal issues is unacceptable.
We are human beings, not just numbers in a system, and this company seems to have forgotten that.
I have since paid the invoice, but the entire experience has left me frustrated and deeply unsatisfied. I cannot recommend Labpharma based on the way they treat their customers after they’ve supported them faithfully.
Think twice before committing to their service.

After 4 e-mails i still got 2 packages in my mailbox today with an invoice of 800kr.
I clicked a free sample and here i am with 3 packages and almost 900 kr minus in my account. BIG NO!

Everything is wrong about this company. Poor customer service. You didn’t agree the package and they sent and asked for money. Customer services didn’t reply after a week and their copy and paste reply is ridiculous. You are forced to pay.

This is totally fraud. A big scam Never go on this website. you click anything to read and they book order for you and send you some ruined wet medicine and ask you to pay for it. they don't respond on your phone or email. it is totally fraud.
Government should take action on them. I am suffering a lot on this.
