The most horrible experience I had

The most horrible experience I had. More than a year ago, I made the full payment. They didn't update the country's authority. This is not the only issue I have with them. My recommendation: never do business with them.

Can't even log in

So I couldn't pay tele2 since I'm foreigner and didn't have Swedish bank account, I get countless of mails from Sergel, now when I have Swedish bank account, I can't even log in because there has been some "MAINTENANCE" for over a week and I can't even see how much do I owe in total.

How is it possible to have the service down but still demanding people to pay? Like literally what the hell is wrong?

I did a wrong payment and they took 99kr to send the money back. Absurd.

this company is pure fraud

this company is pure fraud. we even paid our invoce to tele2 still they sent us debt on kivra demanding 816kr. this company needs to stop.

Sergel (legal scam) customer attention is poor and…

Sergel customer attention is poor and impolity. Telia did an administrative mistake with an invoice and I have to pay the Telia mistake plus Sergel cost. Sergel dont provide any positive contribution to the community. Is an unbalanced power I cant fight again Sergel lawers for 200 SEK but I have to pay it. Legal Scam.
