Great service from Ian and the team at Shipley. When an issue with the tyres delivered was noticed Ian generously offered the option of more expensive Continentals in stock at a price match whilst a colleague proactively researched availability for the Bridgestones originally ordered. Having elected to remain with the latter I received a call as soon as they were in and was accommodated immediately. The care taken with the vehicle and tyre fitment is also to be complimented. Quality of service is truly represented when things don’t go to plan…and the team showed this by their commitment and customer focus.

I just completed an online webchat within Kwikfit to book an appointment for a mobile fitter. I spoke to an agent named Claire who was courteous, friendly and importantly, professional, clearly an asset to Kwikfit. Appointment is booked and I can now sit back and look forward to the big day!

Very poor service at Amersham’s branch.
They lost the wheel lock key when o got all 4 tyres and beak pads fitted ! I had a puncture 2 months later thought was covered by the accident damage cover but when I paid the employee didn’t add it. Spent nearly £600 for all 4 tyres. Now out of pocket by £150 ?!! And they lost the wheel but key ?!!!So they needed to crack the nuts. Manager gas lit me that I may not have added the £30 for the cover when coming to pay the bill ?? When I remember having the conversation and asking it to be added. Mgr logic unlikely that employee would forget when coming to pay the bill. Really appalling ! Can’t see myself coming back ?? Avoid better off at the number of other tyre places.

Friendly technician who kindly helped me save money by identifying 2 of the 4 tyres still had good life left. I really appreciated his support with that.

I’ve used Kwikfit on a number of occasions but this is the first time I’ve used the mobile service. Excellent outcome. Prompt, highly professional, tried to repair the tyre but finding this impossible fitted a new one. Very impressed

What can I say about the Kwik Fit operation in Oswestry. Went there this morning with a tyre repair problem. The person who looked after me was the Dep Manager (sorry didn't get his name) .From the start he was very understanding and gave what I call the old fashioned Customer Care that seems to have disappeared from many companies these days. All the staff there were looking after customers in the same way. Very professional people , knowledgeable and with some of the best customer care I have not seen for some years. Thank-you Kwik Fit Oswestry.

Cruelty to local wildlife

Kwikfit have been made aware, on numerous occasions, of the dangerous netting, on the roof of the Aberystwyth branch. This netting is in disrepair. Kwikfit have a legal duty to ensure that the netting is maintained and checked, on a regular basis. Kwikfit have, again, failed their legal obligations.

Since it was first reported last year, further birds have been caught up, and sadly suffered a long, painful death. Currently there are 5 Gulls trapped in their netting, some are deceased. This was reported 5 days ago to their head office and their CEO. No action has been taken on their part.

I'm absolutely appalled by their lack of care and will never use Kwikfit again.

I used the mobile service and the operative was very thorough and efficient, polite and professional.

Saw an offer on a set of Continental tyres I went ahead and the car was booked in with the Whetstone branch. One would assume Kwikfit has been around for as long as I can remember so what can go wrong in fitting a set of tyres right? Well they badly scored up each and every wheel while removing the old tyres to fit the new ones. A simple job turned into frustration and damage.

I did point this out to the manager who in fairness did take ownership and promised to put this right along with the regional manager. In the end they paid to get all 4 wheels refurbished.

If you have a car with expensive wheels take it to a specialist who will take care and attention over these high street chains who couldn’t care less about their workmanship and damage they may cause.

Went to Kwik fit in courtlands rd, eastbourne today. Fantastic service even though they were run off their feet.

Good, clear website. I had to wait awhile but I think that was due to Kwitfit being so busy. Very competitive price. Other tyre fitters where almost three times the price or would only process my appointment if I needed two or more tyres. Great, professional engineer. Explain what he thought had happened to my tyre. Over all a excellent service.

Having pre-ordered 4 new tyres at almost £900 I was then told on the day of fitting to pay a further £75 for wheel alignment!
