Kutchenhaus Altrincham offers an expansive range of luxury kitchens, with carefully designed pieces built and shipped from Germany 🇩🇪. The staff were knowledgable and professional, and knew every piece of their brilliant kitchens inside-out. In particular, Josh, Olivia and Kate were knowledgeable, helpful and passionate at their craft, producing a well-rounded and highly personalised kitchen. Would certainly recommend to anybody who wants a high quality, modern kitchen.

I am so happy with our decision to work with Irene at Kutchenhaus Epping! Our kitchen is not only beautiful but also incredibly functional. I have been using our kitchen for about three months, and I am constantly in awe of how comfortable it is to cook in and move around, especially when we have guests over. My husband and I really enjoy entertaining, so having a kitchen that is both beautiful and comfortable for our guests and family was very important to us.

The Kutchenhaus materials are also top-notch—everything functions exactly as expected. I particularly love our deep cabinets and the very easy-to-access drawers. We also have a built-in pantry that makes food prep and storage very convenient.

Our kitchen is not particularly large, yet it feels roomy, with all the creature comforts and amenities you could hope for. I feel like we made excellent use of the space, and Irene listened very carefully to our needs and requirements to design our dream kitchen.

We have had a wonderful experience with Kutchenhaus Chichester, from planning our kitchen through to installation and now enjoying the finished space. The staff were professional throughout and always willing to work with us if any changes were needed or if we had any concerns.

We absolutely love our kitchen – it has become the heart of our home and the place where our family spends most of our time together. WOW…!! what can i say…!! Bought kitchen from Brett at Mansfield Kutchenhaus. As a developer who has been around the block a few times you realise that experiences like this one are very rare…! Brett has been extremely helpful, conscientious and most importantly not pushy. I have now found my one and only contact for all my future developments. On top of this the kitchen is extremely high quality with a very competitive price tag, don’t let the high end feel of the showrooms prevent you getting a quote as you will be pleasantly surprised, keep up the good work.

We used the Rainham office of KUTCHENHAUS for a new kitchen which we had installed following an extension to our house. From the 1st contact with them Phil was nothing but professional, efficient & responsive. We went through several iterations of the design, probably going to see him on at least 5 or 6 occasions. Nothing was ever too much for him and he would always find time to see us,
We ended up ordering the flooring from them as well as this worked put much cheaper that other LVT options.
Since the kitchen was fitted we have contacted Phil on a couple of occasions (nothing wrong with the kitchen), and the after service has also been excellent.

i would definitely use them again (hopefully not for a long time) and would also recommend them to anyone else,

Absolutely Appalling! We ordered a new dream kitchen from the Ashford showroom in August paying in full for both the kitchen and fitting, prior to payment the service and contact was excellent but with the wrong fitting date given to us by the designer Harry Colby it swiftly descended into a farce. From incompetent fitter, to replacement parts delayed, it took Jake Ford the owner exactly 12 months to complete our kitchen. To make matters worse having had our money up front he seemed determined to treat us with utter contempt, he ignored calls and emails asking when they would arrive here, would make fit dates and not show up. He has never even picked up the phone to talk to us never mind show up on site to look at the dreadful job his fitter did, and email or text was the best he could do, and that contact was preceded by many calls from us! I know from Facebook reviews we are not alone in this so if you want a new Kitchen stay away from Kutchenhaus

We are delighted with our new kitchen designed by Kutchenhaus Romsey designer, Erin, and expertly installed by James and his assistant in under two weeks. Erin did a careful survey and spent time with us to understand our requirements and how we liked to work in the kitchen. James did a detailed pre-fitting survey over a couple of hours so we got to know each other before the work. It is such a bonus to deal with a local company, in Romsey, with experienced, skilful people who are also pleasant to deal with.

Fabulous kitchen based on thorough design, sound fitting, and great ongoing customer service. Really happy with the outcome!

We had a kitchen designed and installed by Kutchenhaus Chichester in December 2025. They did a really fantastic job, from the initial design to the installation itself. The communication and admin along the way were friendly and professional. Everyone we had contact with was pleasant and efficient. We received a clear timetable at the start and everything then happened on time as expected. I have no hesitation in recommending Kutchenhaus.

My new kitchen from Kutchenhaus in Sevenoaks is just perfect! The level of customer service I received from both Craig & Chris in the showroom was so much more than I had expected. They were patient with me, not pushy at any point, listened to what I wanted, made suggestive improvements and came out with a design far better than I could have ever imagined all within my budget as well. The quality of the product is outstanding and everyone loves my new quartz worktops! The team at Orpington were so helpful in arranging deliveries and keeping me informed and up to date with worktop and glass templating and installation.

Thank you so much to you all, cooking Christmas dinner in my new kitchen with all my family complimenting how it looks was just a dream! I have recommended you to everybody!!

Just had my kitchen from Kutchenhaus Chester, shopped around and called there last . They’d popped up on Facebook ( as things do when you’re looking) and initially dismissed them as I assumed they’d be too expensive . They happened to be based in a building I used to work in so thought I’d just go for a nose and maybe get some ideas .
The moment I set foot in the building , the kitchen I wanted was displayed right in front of me . Chatting to the weekend lady she booked me in for an appointment the very next week . Long story short, I now have the perfect kitchen, designed properly by a proper kitchen designer with several unique features none of the others offer , and it came in within my budget . Honestly if you’re looking at Wren and Wren prices , these can compete. You need to visit, the kitchens are SO much nicer. Much better quality & much more experienced, knowledgeable staff .
100% recommended . Turned up pretty much on time and nothing was missing!

From outset, every detail considered, even daft things like swopping dishwasher and washing machine what a difference.
The induction hob added 1 and 1/2 cabinets, Gold wall panel look amazing, as dose the wall spalsh back
Also moving the Stone sills to the Window sill makes such a difference. Crisp clean lines.

The new slide and Hide AEG ovens are brilliant, better than 13 years ago.
The whole operation was executed with attention to detail, looks A-Maze-ing, thank you Barry Tony and Louie

The service from Craig at Kutchenhaus Sevenoaks was exceptional throughout our kitchen project from our initial meeting to the final delivery of our order. We also dealt with the staff at the Orpington branch (now Petts Wood) who were also brilliant. We highly recommend Kutchenhaus Sevenoaks, the price was excellent compared to the other kitchen companies we got quotes from, the quality of the kitchen absolutely superb and the customer attention first class. We are delighted with our new kitchen and the service received. Nothing was too much trouble for Craig, dealing with all our questions and requirements with great knowledge and professionalism. From start to finish both Halee and Olivia showed genuine interest in my project and understood fully our aspirations. The quality of the kitchen units is excellent. Everything was delivered on time and with no items missing. We had one issue with a cracked hob that was immediately rectified without question. I cannot praise them highly enough and would recommend them to everyone.

We had a bit of a journey with Kutchenhaus Nottingham, but ultimately ended up with a gorgeous kitchen that we love.

We started with Ryan, who was great at listening to our needs and helping us fall in love with a specific worktop in the showroom. However, after Ryan left the business abruptly, Brett took over. Brett was lovely and professional, though clearly stretched thin managing both the Nottingham and Mansfield branches. Because of the handover, we discovered some of the original design wasn't plausible.

There was some miscommunication between the store and our builders regarding the utility door, which wasn't helped by the fact that the fitter wasn't involved until the day of installation. However, once the fitting began, Martins (the fitter) was the absolute star of the show. He is a true perfectionist; he built us an incredible pantry cupboard and his craftsmanship saved the project. We have already recommended him to several people.

The German cabinetry quality is excellent. We’ve had a few minor hitches with clips and connectors, but Brett and Martins have been supportive in resolving them. Our only ongoing frustration is our Neff dishwasher, which isn't performing as it should, though we are now dealing with Neff directly on that.

Overall, it was a 4-star experience that could have easily been 5 stars if Ryan hadn't been left- or had given a better handover; therefore, I'm giving a 5, as Brett did very well given the circumstances. I would highly recommend Kutchenhaus, as the final product is stunning.

Everything was exactly as described. The fitters were excellent and helpful. Tge result js superb.

Excellent design and quality.
We are very happy with the kitchen that Dominica designed for us in Kuchenhaus Reading. She took the time to meet us several times in order to make adjustments and make sure that we were happy with the plans. Our new kitchen is beautiful and so practical, as Dominica is very creative and clearly knows Kuchenhaus cabinet combinations very well. Dominica designed a kitchen that met all our requirements, as we needed more storage, but also a welcoming room where we could invite friends over. We love the colour scheme and the many useful features, deep drawers, extra bookshelves for our recipe books and shutter units to host our coffee machine, making the most of our space. The kitchen is very comfortable and looks solid. The total (fitted) cost was similar to lower quality kitchens that we had looked at. Dominica’s assistant, Claudia, was really friendly and the drawings look exactly like the final product. Our kitchen was fitted by Dominica’s fitter, Chris, who was very meticulous and precise in his execution, leaving the room tidy and clean every night, probably cleaner that he found it, as we have dogs who joined him. We are loving the new kitchen, thanks for your all you hard work!
