I find it quite disappointing and…

I find it quite disappointing and frankly unacceptable that a wallet costing nearly €300 was shipped in a simple plastic bag, as if it were a low-cost product from Temu. The wallet arrived extremely hot, and I have no idea how this may affect the leather or its long-term durability.

I am genuinely shocked by this level of packaging and handling. I have never experienced anything like this, even with much more affordable brands. It is very disappointing to receive what is supposed to be a luxury leather wallet in such poor conditions.

For a product in this price range, I expected far better packaging and protection during transit. This experience has unfortunately fallen well below the standards I would expect from a luxury brand.

Cheap product, disappointing lack of service

I purchased a pair of sliders at £119. They have the eagle head and black diamanté beads. After less than a wears a bead fell off. I raised it with customer service. No replacement beads. Just go back to the store where you made the purchase and handle it with them. The nearest is 90 minutes away. Poor service, poor quality!

Very disappointed

I placed an order during the 20% off shoes promotion waited 12 days only to be told the item was out of stock, I walked in after waiting 7 days and bought them in store as I was going on holiday had to pay full price, I was eventually refunded. Very disappointing!

Ordered click and collect

Ordered click and collect, was sent an email saying the order would arrive the next day. Tracking number in email didnt work. Manager in Leeds shops was very unhelpful when the shoes hadn't arrived, advised me to call customer services. Apparently there is no customer service phone number. Online chat was extremely unhelpful. Told me my order was cancelled and I would receive a return tracking number. A helpful young store assistant called me at 5 pm to say my order had arrived. Still no sign of return tracking number so I dont know what's going on but now my order number doesnt show up in their system. Overall a very confusing and disappointing experience.

made an order and wanted to change the bag within 2 hrs after ordering and they are tellin me my order cannot be cancelled or changed ... cant even get on to customer support ... i just needed my sandals size. changed an the purse to match... THIS SITE IS BY FAR THE WORSEEEEEE

Everything was delivered correct but item not as described.

Everything that I ordered was correct and delivered on time with accurate communication. I took a star off as what I order was not as described. I don't wear leather so ordered a belt described as "leather alternative" on the website for £29 but when the belt arrived it has a "genuine leather" label on it.

Return Issues

Tried to arrange a return through the portal on 3 occasions system didn’t recognise the order no, sent an enquiry through the website and had no response - really difficult to deal with when something goes wrong!

I am a customer at ambassador level and…

I am a customer at ambassador level and have been for a while however I shall stop purchasing as they break there own rules on the terms and conditions for the loyalty vouchers so just no point in been a member
Emails back and forth and they don’t have a clue of there terms
Just not worth it and only purchase if you absolutely really want the item
Loyalty doesn’t pay with this company

Good style but too big

I love the shoes but the sandals are too large due to the style - so they fit but as they are sliders and the style I would have been better off with a smaller size. Which one wouldn't know until walking for a length of time rather than just trying on in the house. It's a shame because they are beautiful. Perhaps a detail of this on the item would be useful as I won't be able to return them now and it's a fair chunk of moneys.
