So disappointed. I have ordered with them on line shopping before and it was quick & great. But this time difference. I should have read reviews first. Ordered 3 items
2 came on different deliveries.
1. Different colour sliders arrived (didn’t worry about that.)
2.earrings didn’t arrive at all.
Their answer is send me photos of all packages laid out. As if I took photos I didn’t know the 3rd item would not come. That say if I don’t in 48hours they close the case. I feel like I have to justify their short delivery. This is just not worth my blood pressure buying with them . Shame I love the brand & bought in stores for many years. These were gift for valentines.
You ask us to contact you tge person dealing with this is Suraj Menon I have been talking on line all day they clearly are not listening to us they say I don’t have they packaging and tge earrings was in with the sliders although the sliders were the wrong ones anyway. I have told them they were not it was just a box with sliders in. They don’t believe me. I think I need legal advice to get my money back crazy company. Order number 253174752

Ordered from here i never recieved item i contacted kurt gieger straight away and what a joke it has been they are not interested all they keep saying is it was delivered to a safe place it was a picture of it lying out my back garden for all to see not hidden not covered but they say its a safe place they are the worst customer service out there they are not interested once they get your order.

I order online all the time and never experience something like this. I was sent two different shoe sizes and I didn't realize until I wore the item. I ordered my boots in October but didn't wear them until February and I can't even enjoy the product. How do you send someone two different shoe sizes? And because it's outside of 30-days, they refuse to help me. I don't want my money back, I just want to enjoy the product. I'm in disbelief that the company won't even help me because this is a different type of situation. I will never order from them again, I'm so disappointed.

KG, delivered an incomplete order (4 out of 6) and based on the courier who asked me to get in touch with KG for a replacement, they have refused to fulfill my order and/or refund my money despite multiple emails to their customer support teams.
I will not be placing anything from KG in the future and I advise people to stay away from them.

I get one email back after my first email then they don’t get back to me. There is no one to contact you by phone, nor is there a number to call, to talk to someone! I recently visited the Kurt shop at Westfield Shopping Centre, where a lady named Sofia kindly assisted me with an exchange for my newly purchased boots that turned out to be faulty. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the process. I highly recommend this brand to my friends and loved ones, not only for its stylish fashion but also for its excellent customer service.

I ordered 5 items first of all one was simply cancelled no explanation or message
Then when the rest of the order arrived another item was missing. I had to chase up to find out where it was obey to be told it was out of stock yet no refund was issued! This was the item I actually wanted the most out of the entire order.
Delivery was also slow.
what's the point of advertising things that are out of stock waste of my time and energy. Unlikely to order from them anytime soon.
