I had an excellent experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding — I called to request an urgent delivery, and the team was incredibly kind, responsive, and efficient. The delivery arrived very quickly, and I received a call 30 minutes before it reached me, which was very thoughtful.
The quality of the grass is exceptional, and the prices are highly competitive compared to others. I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great products and reliable service.

Quality of the grass is great, customer service was good too. Only minor issues was delivery was slower than expected, 4 days isn't 'fast delivery'

Imcomplete job
They did not do the installation on the first appointment. A week later they came over again, the installer was very friendly.
I give only one star because the job was incomplete, he did not do the borders of my backyard and I had to do it myself with the remaining of the pieces that were cut

A 1-star review surprises both us and the construction team who rated you as a content customer.
The first time was indeed a parking problem in the centre of Haarlem which made it impossible to get sand and materials on location. Within 5 working days we visited you again and installed the artificial grass. The installation team received a tip in appreciation of the work. You also had a discount to compensate for a day off taken. After this, the installation team wanted to take the leftover pieces of artificial grass on which you indicated that you would like to keep them yourself to fill something up. This is of course no problem. We are always willing to think along in solutions, but we definitely did not expect this review.
