Impossible returns
I bought my sister the Necromancer trainers which she's wanted for ages. This was a gift for her birthday. They arrived and don't fit despite her having shoes from KOI in the same size. We want to exchange for the next size up which isn't possible. So the other option is to return. There's a charge for this, and the website doesn't work when trying to generate a label. In fact, several parts of the website don't work. This is the most difficult return I've ever tried to do and is extreme frustrating for something that should be so simple. I wouldn't recommend this brand or this trainer to anyone. The sizes are inconsistent and the returns process is abysmal. UPDATE: None of the issues addressed in the reply are the point. But I'm absolutely not surprised by this because you've consistently let us both down. This was her only birthday present and you've absolutely ruined it from start to finish. Also interested how you waited until the refund had gone through to even bother responding.

Our product pages include fit guidance for each style, as some designs can fit differently even within the same brand. We appreciate this can still be frustrating if the fit isn't quite right.
When you experienced an issue with our returns portal, our customer service team resolved this promptly via WhatsApp so you could complete your return. Although our standard returns fee applies, we also waived this fee as a gesture of goodwill in your case.
As a small independent brand, we're unfortunately not able to offer free returns as standard in the way that many much larger retailers can. Keeping a returns fee in place helps us continue to offer unique designs at fair prices while operating sustainably.
We also actioned your request to unsubscribe from our marketing communications immediately.
While we're sorry this experience didn't meet your expectations, we appreciate your feedback and wish you and your sister all the best.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes
Bought 2 pairs of shoes, one directly from the site, other from Zalando. Both came super fast, and without additional taxes (delivered to Spain).
The shoes itself are exactly as the photos, super comfy, despite being the tallest heel I own, thanks to the platform.
One of the shoes were badazzled, and I lost a few stones on my first day going out in them, but I'll just look for replacement stones on temu or something, and will be substituting little by little the stones.
I'm surprised to have lost just a few stones actually. Wonderful work.
It's one of those shoes companies that clearly love women. I certainly will be buying again from them.

Easy ordering process, quick delivery and lovely looking shoes. That said, the elasticated buckle broke on them in less than 2 weeks. The customer services team responded very quickly apologising and offering a full refund or replacement. I took the refund and money was credited back the same day. That customer services response has impressed me and given me confidence in ordering from them again knowing that should there be any issues they are dealt with quickly and without fuss.
