Love the designs KOI creates. Bought several of their shoes and received compliments on every single one. And they're vegan :)

​I initially loved both pairs of boots I got from Koi, but the quality simply does not last.

​Within 4 months, severe scuffing and peeling appeared right on the tops of the toes on one pair. A cobbler looked at them and confirmed they couldn't be repaired due to the materials used. When my partner reached out to customer service, they claimed this was "normal wear" from where the shoe naturally bends. My partner replied pointing out that the damage is on the rigid toe box, not the crease lines, and they completely ghosted us. Multiple follow-ups later, still no response.

​Within a year, the entire sole and heel came completely off the second pair of boots. Again, a cobbler confirmed there is no hope of fixing them because of how they are manufactured.

​Cute designs, but they are disposable shoes with nonexistent customer support. Save your money

Edit to respond: I made the purchase for one pair of boots in 2023, these are the boots where the heel failed. My partner made the purchase for the other pair of boots in December last year as a Christmas present for me. As the boots were worn by me, my review is mainly to point out my experience of the poor quality, however, I also mentioned the lack of support from Koi towards my partner as it has caused lots of frustration for *both* of us and is pertinent information for anyone seeking help from Koi.

Koi's response being focused on dismissing my experience and reporting my review to Trustpilot just goes to show how they don't care about what happened and are more interested in burying negative reviews.

I really like koi footwear, easy and quick ordering, delivered next day and love the boots I ordered. Will shop there again.

Bought two pairs of shoes both were in stock I had paid for them only to be told that I'd be getting only one pair because the other wasn't in stock anymore which is annoying but other than that the communication was great and refund was prompt.

Good quality and the shipping process was fast. Overall I’m very satisfied.

Delivery was fast and the product came really well protected, also I was given the option to change the destination to a pick-up point, useful. The heels fit true to size and are pretty comfortable despite being really tall.

I absolutely love my shoes! They are stunning and even more beautiful in person. The quality is great, the customer service was excellent, and my order arrived very quickly.

The only small downside is that the stiletto heels feel a little unstable when walking, so it can be difficult to feel completely confident and steady in them. Other than that, everything is perfect.

I would definitely recommend KOI and will happily shop here again!

Product was as advertised. Sizing and choosing size of shoes advice was accurate. Communication from company was good.

I am writing to follow up on my missing order, Order #12770501, regarding the Lido Leather Loafers.
​As noted in my public review and your subsequent response your team indicated that you are expediting a full investigation into this matter.
​To reiterate the issue: I paid extra for package protection on this order. The package was lost in transit, and despite multiple attempts to reach customer service by phone and email, I have not received the product, a refund, or a clear resolution.
​Now that you have my order details and can verify this case, please provide an immediate update on the status of my refund or replacement. I expect a prompt response to this email so we can finally resolve this matter.

Sadly my Order never arived. It was left in front of my door of my rather criminal Neighbourhood, without my Dropoff-OK or Signature. In Itself, Koi cant do anything about that (except Ship with a not so cheap Courier). However, i Raised this issue multiple Times with Koi in Writing, they just ghosted me. Money gone, Package gone. Very bad Customer support, sadly.

shipping was quick, while the shoes are expensive its for a reason, these things are REALLY COMFY for a pair of giant platforms. Not only that but they look great. Generally Koi offers shoes that both look great and feel great in a way that many other companies just don't do anymore
