Good quality, comfortable and unique!

They claim they have a warranty for faulty shoes and will send an exchange but trying to get an exchange sorted is a nightmare! The form to return is just the standard Royal Mail one so would just end up with a refund since you can’t indicate you want an exchange and would have to repurchase and pay shipping again for the shoes which is ridiculous honestly since they are defective. I ordered them only a few weeks ago and contacted about the faults as soon as I opened them and just get told to use the return process and “an exchange will be sorted” When asked how will they know I want an exchange when it’s just Royal Mails label generator I get ignored.

(My email for Trustpilot is different to my order email, before they claim I never contacted them. I have used WhatsApp to trying and sort this and the customer service rep is unhelpful)

Shoes fit great! Delivery was quick and cheap and shoes look exactly as promised! I've ordered from koi in the past and have always been satisfied with the products, great stuff.

I have placed an order a week before I was in need of the shoes, I even paid extra money for fast delivery. I was waiting for my order to be sent out and it still wasn't even shipped yet on the day I normally needed them, while they told me in costumer service that the shoes would be sent out 2 days before he day I needed them. After that day the shoes still werent shipped so I asked for a refund and to this day I still have not received my refund while I politely asked for it on the 29th. This was my first ever purchase from them which i was so excited about because i've seen many people have amazing experiences so I was very confident about this.
