Think Again

1 Star. Only because there's not a zero star option. Online purchase went fine. But shipping was sketchy right from the start. "Expected March 28." Then the tracking said "Arriving March 31." Then on March 30, I was notified that the package had been returned to sender because the address was vacant and there was no forwarding address. This address is NOT vacant. I've been here over 5 years.

So I called Customer Service. She researched the order, and told me that the package had been returned, right after I explained that the package had been returned. She told me that once they receive the package back, a refund can take up to 30 days to be issued. I explained that I wasn't interested in a refund, I would really like to have that item, just resend the package. She informed me that was not an option.

So now I have to wait, start over, and they get to use that money for up to 30 days. Sorry Kohl's... I won't be back.

will never shop on line at Kohls again

ordered $164.40 worth of women's clothing. on 3/23/26- 4 items, received 3 within a few days, however never got a confirmation of order to my Email acc't and no packing slip with the items received.
ordered 2 prs. of slacks, bedroom slippers and shoes.
slacks and bedroom slippers received, still have not received the shoes.
slacks were neither short or petite size as had ordered, asnd need to return them . As for the slippers, too big and want to return them. tried to find my order on line and could not because even though I ordered as a guest they would not let me in as a guest and wanted me to sign up as a member. When I finally got to speak to someone, they had a difficult time finding my order. Once they did, they send me a copy of the items that I had received but I am not able to copy it and that email has disappeared from my lap top. As for the shoes I am told I should received them by 3/31/26 but if they do not arrive by that time, I cannot do a search for them before Fri. 4/ 3/26. I will never shop online at Kohl's again.

Never received a package

Never received a package. The only option they provide was to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What kind of customer service is that? I will never spend another dime at this place.

Unable to make a return because of the…

Unable to make a return because of the way the items were ticketed even though I had the receipts. This used to be a great place to shop, but they have sunk so low that I will not being shopping with them in the future.

I was requesting a price adjustment

I was requesting a price adjustment on an order that I still have yet to receive. I used the buy one get one for 50% off. The swimsuits are currently $5 cheaper, I ordered 2. They said I would have to reorder and return merchandise to the store. They are birthday presents and are already late according to their own shipping so thats just what I want to do is reorder so I can wait another week or so. I rarely order from Kohls and now I remember why.

Visited the store in Lake Park Florida.. I used the ladies room to every single time I visit without fail… it has the cleanest ladies room by far.. I asked for the cleaning ladies name from the Amazon associate, her name is Reyna VV.. please acknowledge her for her excellent work..

Positive Shopping Experience

My in-store shopping experiences have always been pleasant! They run good sales and the associates are always friendly.

I recently ordered a few items of clothing online and they arrived quickly and as described, except that the fit between two size medium tank tops of identical style in different colors was not consistent; one fit slightly tighter than the other even though they were the exact same product. It is worth mentioning that I kept both of them because they were both wearable.

I did return a pair of shorts that were too big, to the nearest store, and I had absolutely no problems returning them. I returned them the same week I received them and I could either get my money back, exchange them, or get a store credit, which is what I did! Kohl's runs good sales, has friendly associates and they have a good variety of good quality clothes for what you pay.

Kohls sent me the wrong size tshirt

Kohls sent me the wrong size tshirt. When I called Customer Service to see if they could send me a return label, the rep. told me that I would have to go into the store to return the shirt and then call Customer Service back so I could re-order the shirt. One of the reasons for ordering online is to avoid going to the store and standing their long lines. It is very poor customer service to tell a customer to drive to the store and stand in line to return an item all because they sent me the wrong size Tshirt. Kohls needs to take responsibility for their mistakes and if they send customers the wrong size / item, they should provide a return label & have a delivery service pick up the item.

Have a khols card and moved

Have a khols card and moved. Changed address on card (have email verification) and ordered hundreds in merch. All ok, then today i get an email and everything is going to my old address!? Call them and i am told wait on packages to be sent back from whomever they sent them to! In a twist of fate i didnt use their card on my order so I will be disputing the charges. Rude customer service.

This review is about Kohl's website or the app. They 're both the same when you go to check out, I have been trying to check out and place an order with Kohl's for like over a month now, and everytime I go to check out and I have gift cards and Kohl's cash that I'm going to use to pay for my complete order everything is covered with my kohls cash and my gift cards, but they won't let me check out until i add credit card, and then it says to pay the full amount on my credit card. I'm not trying to pay on my credit card, I'm not even trying to put my credit card on there! It's none of their business about my credit card info!!! I don't have to put none of my information on there for a credit card and why should i If I'm not using it to pay!!!!! so in other words, they're making me put a credit card on there before I can even check out and buy anything from them, I wish someone would please check into this because i've done complained, i've done wrote a review on their website and crickets from kohls!!!! And now the discounts that I had that were in my cart that I had applied now all of them are gone and most the items that I had in my cart are gone!! Im gonna contact the federal trader commission because I feel discriminated against and im pissed too!!

Awful service

Awful service. I ordered a package never got it and they don’t help you or refund you. The ignore you and say contact your bank. Never seen a stupider company. They need to be out if business. Stealing your money but never shipping your order.

No refunds or credit for receipted, unused items with tags still on!!!

Kohl's will not refund my tagged, unused, receipted items nor give me store credit because it has been more than 90 days. That is baloney!! No understanding of special circumstances, no reciprocal loyalty to those who have spent an exorbitant amount of money through the years at Kohl's! I will remember Kohl's henceforth with every clothing and household purchase made ELSEWHERE! You suck

Even after payed off account they had the nerve 2 months later to send a bill for so called late fee. What a bunch of bull..how is it possible they did it. So glad payed em off. Most things are too expensive when you can find things cheaper else where..

Kohls'

Kohls' offers, sales and insights are constantly "on the go". When I'm looking for an item their suggestions are great.
And I love being able to make a purchase, do a pickup from online ordering and pay on my account.......all at the store register!!

I regretted it!

I regretted it. Awful experience. They sent the wrong thing. I returned it in store and a few days after Khols is charged me again for an item that I no longer have. Stay away from online shopping with these people. I’ve learned my lesson.

Put an order 3 times and it was cancelled every time

Put an order 3 times, every time my order has been accepted and after an hour or two I get an email saying my order has been cancelled. WITHOUT explanation...and on top of that they locked my account after cancelling my order. Called them and one time I was told my credit card information did not match. How the hell did it not match while the order went through. Usually when billing info on the order during checkout doesn't match with the credit card info then the order isn't even accepted. If it's because of a foreign credit card then this company discriminates. If I'm travelling to the USA and want to shop online I should be able to do so. I've bought 1000's of items overseas with my credit card and never had this issue, 3 times online order cancelled for the same item....
