I've found the certified scrum product owner certification program I did to be a benefit so far. I enjoyed the two day 8-hour long classes, the instructions were clear, the classes started and ended o... See more

The Certified Scrum Product Owner®…
The Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) certification at KnowledgeHut was an excellent learning experience. The course was well-structured, with clear explanations of Scrum principles, product ownership responsibilities, and practical techniques for managing product backlogs effectively. The trainer brought real-world examples that made the concepts easy to apply, and the interactive sessions encouraged active participation. Overall, it was a valuable investment that has strengthened my understanding of Agile practices and enhanced my ability to contribute meaningfully as a product owner.

🚨 Disappointing Experience with…
🚨 Disappointing Experience with KnowledgeHut's ICP-ACC Training 🚨
I had enrolled in the ICP-ACC training with KnowledgeHut, which was unexpectedly cancelled just a day before the scheduled start. Since then, it’s been over a week of chasing them for reimbursement, with no resolution or meaningful response.
Despite multiple follow-ups via email and WhatsApp, all I’ve received are vague “we’ll get back to you” messages—no calls, no updates, and no accountability. Their business number has been of no real use, and customer support seems entirely absent.
As an experienced Agile professional, I expected far better standards from a training provider that claims to support leadership development. This kind of communication breakdown is not just inconvenient—it’s a breach of trust.
📌 I urge others to proceed with caution when considering KnowledgeHut for professional development.
Overwhelming Communication and Poor Timing
I had a frustrating experience with upGrad KnowledgeHut that began the moment I signed up for a course. I requested an invoice so my organisation could process it through our next payment run. Instead of acknowledging this, I was immediately bombarded with calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails chasing payment. It felt like they were unfamiliar with how invoicing typically works in professional settings.
Then, the course was cancelled at the last minute. I was offered an alternative date that didn’t work for me, so I asked to cancel altogether. In response, they offered me a free additional course — which I appreciated — but the communication issues didn’t stop.
While browsing their site to explore other options, I was hit with instant messages on every page. After downloading a course info pack, I received a WhatsApp call and multiple messages from the same person who had been chasing the invoice — now asking about my interest in the other course. This amounted to 20+ WhatsApp messages, 3 phone calls, and at least 6 emails (some sent to my manager).
The overall experience left me feeling overwhelmed and pressured. I understand follow-up is part of sales, but this level of contact crossed the line into harassment. I hope they seriously reconsider their communication strategy.

Scam
Scam. I want my full $500 refund. They give the CSPO certification but the training is only 2 days and does not give you the full scope of what you need. You could not do the job with just that. They have all these bootcamps attached without access to the actual software. How can you just watch the webinars and know what to do after that with the software? It is the same thing with the full stack bootcamp. Where is the software to work in? This is the largest scam from India. Beware and get your money back!
My experience with KH
I attended the A-CSM training through KnowledgeHut and it was a very enriching experience. The trainer covered all advanced Scrum concepts in depth, and there was a strong focus on practical application. The sessions were well-structured and engaging, and the support from the KH team was smooth throughout. This training has definitely added value to my agile journey.
Helpful PMP Training
The content of this KnowledgeHut, course was well-structured and engaging, allowing one to grasp the key concepts. The instructor was always approachable and responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to take up the PMP
Training Methodology
The course material and training pattern was great. First time attended any online course where trainer insisted all attendees to be on camera and mike to keep the sessions interactive.
Disappointing Experience with Knowledge…
Disappointing Experience with Knowledge Upgrade – Lack of Communication and Accountability
My experience with Knowledge Upgrade has been frustrating and disappointing, especially regarding the ACSM course I enrolled in. The course was canceled last minute notification where i have informed in the office already which made me inconvenience, and there was no proactive communication from the team about the changes. I had prepared extensively for a scheduled class, only to find it rescheduled without clear updates or acknowledgment from their side.
While the manager did call and offered courses on prism account as a solution, he never followed up with an email or any written confirmation, making the offer seem more like a formality than a genuine resolution. Additionally, the coordinator was persistent in pushing me to enroll initially, but when the issues arose, there was a clear lack of ownership or responsibility from her and the team.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to deliver on promises made this a very disappointing experience. I hope they improve their internal processes and customer service to prevent similar issues for future students.
Implementing SAFe
The course was run by Lindy Quick and Mauricio Gambini from KnowledgeHut and they were amazingly knowledgable and experienced practitioners of SAFe. Their training has enabled me to increase my own knowledge and confidence in SAFe and to run training internally in my organisation to help ScrumMasters and Product Owners implement better ways of working through the use of SAFe practices. Despite having several years experience in SAFe I'd not have had the full breadth of knowledge or confidence to train others myself without this course.
KnowledgeHut is a good, reliable and cost-effective provider
KnowledgeHut is a good, reliable and cost-effective provider. I recently completed the SAFe Lean Portfolio Management course and certification. Everything went smoothly. There were several changes with the instructors prior to the beginning of the course which impacted the original planned date, but KnowledgeHut communicated very well, accommodated my requests and I was able to adjust my schedule. I will use them again in the future and recommend their services.
