When I received my dress I was fascinated by the material! It took a little longer than I expected but the wait was work it. I'm about to buy some more.

The items I purchased was ok with the price.zNoce outfit .It took longer time to get your items . And the only situation was that, the customer service was not good at first but later responded.

This was my first experience purchasing from this site and I was a little skeptical.
However, when the dress (K63921-3) arrived I was 100% pleased..The material of the dress was top quality and it fit perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing again in the near future.

I’m having such a hard time returning items that are too small. Keep getting the runaround. Return & Refund is the worst.

It was great in that I received my item though time was of essence,took longer than expected and paid too much on shipping more than cost of item.

Do not waste your money. These are the cheapest made clothes I have ever bought. They look nothing like the pictures you see on the website. It’s laughable. I am not going to even try to return them. I gave 1 star because there is nothing lower

Don't expect those greedy people to reimburse you your money if their merchandise doesn't work for you. Quality is poor and dress purchased for my anniversary doesn't fit properly. And they want you to pay for extras for frivolous things so they get more money on one purchase. They offer me $3 refund and 15% coupon for a $40 purchase. STAY AWAY or you WILL regret it.

Tip for consumers:
Those people are not looking out for the customer. They just want to get as much money as they can from you and if something goes wrong, they will give you all the reasons as to why they can't reimburse you. Needed a simple white dress for my 29th anniversary and the material of the dress sent is of very poor quality, plus it doesn't fit properly. Now they're giving all the reasons as to why I should keep the dress and they will only reimburse me $3 out of $40.

I purchased an outfit from this company, which was totally different from what I thought I would be receiving. The bottom did fit, but was not the same item as the product picture. The top was extremely big and was totally different as well. The outfit was shipped from Chicago, but when I submitted my refund request, I was told that it had to be returned to China, which would cost me a lot more just to ship. I was offered a discount on my next purchase to keep it. This is all a scam. I will not be purchasing from this company ever again, so please beware.

My order was placed May 31, 2023. A confirmation email was received June 1, 2023, stating that processing time was 4-10 working days and shipping time was another 6-10 business days. I emailed them requesting a refund since I needed the order no later than June 13th and informed them of their deceitful practices. No information prior to placing an order mentioned anything about processing time. June 2, 2023, I received a second email stating that they could not guarantee delivery by June 13th, and again, I responded with requesting my refund. The next email I received stated that since you cancel the order after more than 24 hours, we need to deduct 30% of the order amount, and we will refund 101.6 USD. Please reply for confirmation. I have requested my refund from June 1st within 24 hours after placing my order, and they're insisting on taking my money. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISHONEST SHADY COMPANY.

I purchased Pin Wheels from this company when they were selling them back in March of 2023. Still have not received them and constantly keep getting "be patient" responses from Jose butler. I would you really check this company out before buying anything from them!!!! Got scammed.

Ķnowfashionstyle is the BIGGEST fraud. The bait you and then they switch. You DO NOT GET what is in the photo. You receive inferior material not what is shown in the photograph. I am so disappointed I don't even know where to begin. Just don't buy from them. The shipping cost is high and its just not worth it for this. My order number was Z202305077639598766 my shipping cost was $227.

I ordered & paid for merchandise on March 14-15. Have not received order & never heard from them. 30.63 was paid for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
