Ian handled my personal change of property last year and I had no hesitation asking him to assist again. As ever extremely prompt, clear and helpful communication at every stage and always very supportive.

Ian Peach and Samantha Kidd from Knights carried out the conveyancing for a unusually complicated purchase of 2 separate parts of what was originally a single dwelling and the sale of our main home and then shortly after, the sale of a second property.

I wanted a cost effective way to resolve the child issues matters - months and thousands of pounds later i was told that going to court wasnt the best option as it would be tens of thousands more, more than the equity in my house. Over a 6month period i spend over £10k and didnt get any better circumstances with my child and didnt engineer a housesale. Now in the same postion with a lot less in the bank and no viable way to proceed.
