Best Customer Service, Hands Down
I ordered a knife from these guys and despite it being on back order I couldn’t be more satisfied. This knife is a popular one, and kind of expensive also. However, knife center had the best price and was also insanely responsive upon my checking in on any info they could provide about when the knife might arrive. I will be spending my money at their store from here on out.

KC has been my go-to for edged tools…
KC has been my go-to for edged tools for years. I've only had one issue (redeeming a gift card) that, due to my error, fell through the cracks. Within a day KC customer service fixed the issue and got us straight. Great selection and quick shipping! I also appreciate that they do not charge until my order is shipped! They have earned my business time and again! TRUSTWORTHY!
