a place to buy knives and tools that is trust worthy and will ship out your order in a timely manner...been a long time customer of this place and sure there have been hiccups with my orders along the way but by and large...compared to other online retailers of the same products...you can trust these folks to ship out your order in a timely manner...the customer service is also much better than most in the industry

Good experience ordering from here. Knife arrived well packaged and exactly as described.
The Bugout is lightweight and the blade is sharp out of the box. I use it for camping and general outdoor tasks.
The site has detailed specs and good photos which helped me decide.
The pocket clip was slightly loose on arrival but that was easily fixed.

My order is lost
My order is lost. It never arrived and the customer service representative told me to read the fine print. The customer service representative told me that it would be a minimum of 4 weeks before they would start an investigation and 5 weeks before they would consider a refund. The customer service representative told me that this is a known shipping problem and yet they continue to ship through this problematic shipping service. I have lost all confidence in Knife Center. I order 5/10 from Knife Center a year and have never had issues with them before. I will not order anything from Knife Center again.

When the Free Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) method is selected for a long-distance, heavier shipment like this one, our checkout page does specify a 2–4 week delivery window. During your conversation with our team, you mentioned that you had seen this timeframe at checkout, and we apologize if our explanation of those carrier transit times felt dismissive. Our goal is always to provide realistic expectations based on the shipping method selected.
Your order was placed on 3/19, shipped on 3/20, and delivered on 4/10. This was within the 2–4 week window provided at the time of purchase, and the package arrived the day after this review was posted.
We offer faster services for customers who need their items more quickly, but we keep the Ground Advantage option available so we can continue to offer a free shipping tier even for orders traveling across the country. We appreciate your past business and hope you enjoy your new gear.

Best Customer Service, Hands Down
I ordered a knife from these guys and despite it being on back order I couldn’t be more satisfied. This knife is a popular one, and kind of expensive also. However, knife center had the best price and was also insanely responsive upon my checking in on any info they could provide about when the knife might arrive. I will be spending my money at their store from here on out.
