I couldn't get a single time slot I…
I couldn't get a single time slot I wanted for Shibuya Sky and I literally had it open the second the tickets were released. I even add it into my got when it said it was available and as soon as I went into the cart it told me they were sold out. This was a complete joke.

To Boost Up Customer Support :D
I spent a lot of time figuring things out.
There is no livechat and somehow I use my mobile to chat with Customer support - which I prefer the other way round cos it is more difficult to type my Qs on my mobile :((
Re Car Charter - being first time - so lost and I really wish there is a person whom I can talk with as Customer Support :D
But i must say the lady Jolie - she is very patient and helpful - i took more than 2 half hours to get one booking done :((

I tried to book the same train three…
I tried to book the same train three times in advance, and the first two they cancelled immediately on me, and the third they didn't confirm my booking until, at one hour before the train was to depart, I had to cancel it myself to get a refund.
Their customer support is all AI and terrible. I would call it weaponized incompetence from their technical team with the goal of getting unaware travellers to pay for trips that they never even prepare tickets for, because they can "confirm" the booking after the flight or train already takes off, and the cost is put on the customer for a service they can't use.
