Ive signed 1 year contracht for 20€ monthly and i didn't got bill under 50€ although all my calls were in zone 1 eu, after i cancel my subscription 2 months before end of my subscription after 3 yeras i oversaw my bill and immediately got cancelled and 400€ bill because of that.

They don't care about customer service
They don't care about customer service. I got charged for 1 minute of overseas data roaming as if it was the year 2000. Customer service called me once and every since then only charged an unreasonably high bill and ignored my complained.
Finally time to change to another provider.

I had a really bad experience with customer service. I had issues linking a new bank account and they were really bad at helping. I was told completely incorrect information and they did not care after, disconnected my service, charged me a lot of money, and offered no apology for their representative telling me earlier that everything was fine and that I didn't have to do anything else.

This is the worst customer service that…
This is the worst customer service that I have seen in my life. Don't make a contact with them. They just withdraw money from your bank account. After 2 months I did not received my sim card and then they gave me 40 Erou for paying the post since they couldn't find my place. And now that I have the simcard, it is not working. They're irresponsible to The customers. I couldn't call them since they have just german language option. I am soooo sad that I made contract with them. Don't repeat my mistake.

Crazy company. STAY AWAY !!!
After weeks of calls (very rare to speak with anyone) and tickets, my situation is still the same:
- nearly always no voice signal, so I cannot call anyone and no one can call me
- internet connection is very poor and slow
There was told me that was due to Vodafone and also that the problem was fixed by Vodafone but it is NOT TRUE!!
I became client one month ago, together with my wife but we will cancel the contract within couple of weeks if nothing will change.
Everything is embarrassing!!!
NO WAY TO TALK WITH ANY CUSTOMER AGENT
NO WAY TO SEND ANY EMAIL
NO ONE IS ANSWERING ON FACEBOOK.
ON TRUSTPILOT they write: "please contact the customer Service!!!!!"
Shame on you!!

update: they are always answering with the same bot reply, which is ridiculous. I've cancelled the contract couple of hours ago. My advice: DO NOT SUBSCRIBE ANY OFFER, you'll regret it

The customer service is THE WORST…
The customer service is THE WORST EXPERIENCE you can have! No contact point! No email address! The “online service” recommends App to get help or contact, the App recommends the “online service”. No possibility to send email! Only receives is active. There is only a Chatbot which obviously is not a human! They have canceled my contract without me even asking for it, they renew it with a new tariff and there is no way to claim your requests written. It is all on phone and you don’t know what the operator is doing…
