Delivery charges are ridiculous for one item and the excuse is even worse.
And then another nonsense reply. It is one door. Surely its not beyond your wit to use a cheaper courier for small orders? Apparently not....

We’re sorry to hear you thought the delivery charges were excessive. We select our couriers based on their ability to deliver bulky items reliably, first and foremost.
We do offer free delivery on orders over £500, but are unable to do so on smaller orders.

EXCELLENT customer service!
One door in our recent order had damage to its corner. When we noticed this, we sent a photo to the customer service team and I phoned them. They were very apologetic and immediately ordered a replacement which was with us very quickly. This is the second time we have used Kitchen Door Workshop and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again-highly recommended!

I've used KDW on two occasions
I've used KDW on two occasions, 2017 and 2024. I'm impressed by the range of stock and the helpful video guides about making measurements when compiling my orders. The support staff were responsive and friendly when I had queries. Product arrived as promised on both occasions. Top notch company.

Superb Service and Products
Sales staff (Hannah) very helpful, excellent guide to buying and fitting doors, availability of made to measure and standard doors a really bonus. Ordering process, packaging, delivery and product quality all very good. Slight downside is the relatively small range of ‘decorative / display doors.
Our original kitchen had framed doors and unusual corner units; which required a fair amount of additional work and recycling of some original parts. Used Velspar colour matched furniture paint (with a single coat of Ronseal Satin Varnish) on items like cabinet spacers and corner posts.
Really pleased with result and have just ordered set of door for second phase of revamp.

Quality doors made to measure at a good price
This company solved my problem of replacing heat damage doors & drawers without replacing the whole lot. They provided a made to measure service & were prompt. I wish I had known about this company in 2019 when the saga began!

Very happy customers
So happy we found Kitchen Door Workshop, the hardest thing was deciding which colour to choose, (swatches are true to colour) staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Once ordered everything arrived on time, carefully packaged and ready to be put up. We have a new look kitchen for a fraction of the cost.
