Fraud and scam website

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with KitchenCares.in.

I had been following up with them for 3 days regarding the service. I even took a leave from my office and waited for them, expecting them to come as discussed. However, they did not turn up and did not properly respond to my calls.

I tried calling several times. After around 4–5 attempts, someone finally answered, but instead of providing proper assistance or professionally explaining the situation, he spoke to me very harshly and said, “I can’t come, that’s it,” and simply cut the call.

On top of this, based on my interaction with them, I also felt that they did not have sufficient knowledge or technical understanding of the work involved. I expected a professional service provider to properly understand the issue, explain the solution, and handle the customer professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I wasted 3 days of my time and even took a leave from work because I was depending on them, only to receive this kind of response.

Very poor communication, poor customer service, lack of technical knowledge, and extremely disappointing professionalism.

I am sharing my experience publicly so that other customers can be aware and think carefully before choosing this service.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend avoiding KitchenCares.in. I would not choose this service again.

Kitchenwares.in India is a fraudulent company to exploit and make money out of customer. They do not have any address . They list as they are in Bangalore , Coimbatore etc but no address is given anywhere . The reviews listed in their website should have been posted by them as they are not posted in google by public. They have cheated me by removing the control board from my dishwasher and not fixed the same rendering my dishwasher useless and they are not attending the calls .

On 8th , I checked their website and called 8861938936 given in their website for my IFB dish washer problem of hot water not coming and it was in working condition . Selvakumar talked sweetly and sent his technician Shaan 8971060887 on 8th itself . He checked and took the control board from my dish washer saying that he has to check the same and cannot be checked at my home . Next day 9th sep selvakumar called saying that the board and the heater to be replaced and cost is approx.19000/- . I told him the next day I cannot pay and asked him to bring the board and fix it back in the dishwasher . Then he said he can reduce the cost to 15000/- and I said I am not interested . Then he said he will take the dishwasher for 10000/- . From the 8th onwards I am following up with him to refix the control board in the dishwasher which he never did . Selvakumar and their technician Shaan is not picking up the calls . they never responded for any messages . When my wife called him he has talked arrogantly to her and spitted on the phone in an unparliamentary way .

I am at loss as my dishwasher is totally in unusable condition and selvakumar and Shaan are not picking up the calls .

It is very clear they have used the control board for some other customer in a fraudulent way . If I have agreed to pay 19000/- selvakumar would have put the same board and took the money from me , cheating me .

This is the modus operandi of kitchencares.in trapping the customer and taking some important parts and exploiting and cheating the customer .

Don’t call kitchencares.in for any servicing as the caller will definitely be duped and cheated . kitchencares.in seems to be fraudulent setup and not genuine cheating.
