Mouthshut.com Review – My Honest Experience

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Mouthshut.com, and I feel it’s important to share my honest review so others are aware.

1. Fake & Unverified Reviews

On Mouthshut, anyone can post reviews without verification. This means even people who have never used your services can leave negative feedback, damaging your reputation.

2. Unethical Business Model

Instead of helping businesses resolve false claims, Mouthshut pushes them to buy expensive reputation management packages. In my case, I was even indirectly approached to pay for the removal of negative reviews – reviews which were clearly fake.

3. No Transparency

Despite reporting issues with proof, Mouthshut does not take fair action. Their policies seem to favor monetization over fairness.

4. Misleading Platform for Customers

As a customer, you might think Mouthshut provides genuine opinions, but in reality, most content is biased, manipulated, or influenced by who pays. This makes it unreliable when making decisions about services like Green Vacation Holidays reviews or any other business.

Mouthshut.com is a completely fake company they just try to harass companies with a fake reviews

we are enlisted in their database , more than half are not real customers if compared with our google & facebook’s directly reviewed feedbacks.
They tagged our real customers reviews as fake & the anonymous ones with mentioned names were never served & handled by our company. Pls be aware of this scam … they don’t have any customer care number to contact where we companies can contact them & know the cause for doing so . As noticed all fake reviews were posted in a specified month of Nov 2019 .

I. Would like to give these losers half or even. Zero rating.... They are the biggest fraudsters who are running freely in India. Their management team even the HR is a full piece of trash.... All fake reviews they post as well as they prefer candidate on their ethnicity.... Please avoid such company.....

They demanded us money to post all positive reviews and as well remove some bad reviews for extra money. This is a fake company and we can't take it seriously.

I run a company. Lots of reviews (written in their poor English) are completely fake, defamatory in nature or by users who simply don't exist (we would know if this is a specific client based on the content of their "review"). This kind of website / set-up is completely unfounded / a junky business model, because you cannot claim a business or even respond, unless you pay these guys (2 lakhs plus). Zero integrity because the negative "reviews" are written by randos who are paid to write them. A well planned extortion scheme.

This is very fake company they are doing fraud with big companies recently they Done with Kreeva.com which is ethnic wear brand they wrote bad reviews about kreeva and now they are asking 8lakhs to delete reviews when company reject their offer they started this again.

Fake company. Run by thugs. That guy Faisal is basically blackmailer. The "users" of mouthshut post overwhelmingly fake and negative reviews. One of the reviews contains personal details and comments about my woman employee's body, the review neither the personal details were removed. I was demanded Rupees 3 lacs to remove the reviews. Further none of the reviews are verifiable and there is no due process to verify any of them. Please stay away from this fake website.

Mouthshut is really a pathetic company where they blackmail business and take the payments! Our business has suffered a lot because of their rude management team. Also, they don't even care about others all they want is the payment!! I was also shocked while I read the review of this company on other platforms! People plz stay away from this fraud company.

Mouthshut.com is blackmailing website, They are shameless people who themselves put fake reviews highlight them and once you ask them to show order ID they will ask for millions of rupees, For my very own small time startup they asked for 2million Per annum plan.

This site is bad. We are asked to review but the results will never be approved. Although the review is in accordance with existing product facts. Both automotive and gadgets. I didn't taurevuew what I wanted, so every review was always rejected. Or intentionally refuse to pay or a scam?

This company is absolutely illegitimate. they pay people to write BAD reviews about good companies then ask the business to pay a minimum fee of 1.7 lakhs per month to remove those reviews. they do not verify their reviewers. In fact they pay their reviewers to leave negative reviews. In fact you can see most reviews are from young college aged kids and most revews they leave are negative. I'm surprised Google allows such a fake website to exist.
