Customer service was very helpful

Service was great. Staff was helpful and followed up consistently to make sure my issue was resolved. Heather who took on my case was very supportive and got it resolved.

Spoke to Beth today.. She was extremely helpful and polite and took ownership of the concern and took every step to resolve.. It was such a pleasant experience to actually speak to an agent who cared about customer's concern and took time to find the answer to the query. Bravo to Beth and the team.

Beware, this company has hidden charges

I have leased a Toyota RAV4 for over 20 years. When it changed to Kinto, initially it was fine with good, friendly and efficient service, but in the last few years, the service has become less friendly and efficient. But the final straw came when they sent a large bill for a few scratches at the end of contract - this car was in a much better condition than the last leased vehicle that I returned and I got a zero bill for that one. Sneakily, they waited until I had filled out the feedback form ( a better review than this one) before sending the bill. Beware, this company is not what it was. My new lease car is not a Toyota.

From now on wheel spins ain't a problem 👌

Bussiness lease you would think having the maintenance plan in place covers you from all little general road mishaps! Not with kinto! Basically had a puncture took it straight to the garage after an hour waiting to get there decision/authorization to be told they only cover wear and tear.

I should of read the small print of the agreement!

Just be careful taking the maintenance plan with these, small company mentality and there is well more established companies out there where you will not have this problem.

I have phoned Kinto a few times about…

I have phoned Kinto a few times about my current lease. On every occassion that I have spoken with a member of the team they have been very friendly, informative and more than helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs to lease a vehicle with them.

Superb service

We've been leasing a car and the financial bit was done by Kinto. They're really efficient. Everything went like clockwork. If I had to mention someone, that would be Heather. She helped with the handover when the lease came to an end. She was amazing. Thank you!

Truly a first class service

What an absolute pleasure my experience with the Kinto customer service representative proved to be. Beth was so, so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable whilst being professional and very understanding of my query and requests. Thank You Beth

Beth was so helpful in what was a stressful situation for me. 90 miles away from home with a puncture and Kwik Fit saying they couldn't do anything until the following day. Beth checked other fitters in the area and booked me in 2 miles away. Couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more efficient service. Many thanks Beth

This is a personal review for Kerina Patel at Kinto. She went above and beyond when I was in the process of ending my lease and ensured everything went smoothly, sending the correct information ensuring she rang me when she said she would and making sure I was clear on the process.
She ensured I had a good experience which is what good customer service is all about.

Great customer service

I have to say that Beth at Kinto has been a pleasure to work with. She has been incredibly helpful, friendly and has always deal with my (numerous) queries. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and I am absolutely delighted with my new car. I can't recommend Kinto and indeed Beth highly enough.
