After studying their website, I purchased a large number of slats for my daughter's blinds from Kingston Blinds and found this company very honest, professional and helpful. The slats were great value for money and after a small hiccup with my order, the problem was quickly resolved with one phone call. I would recommend Kingston Blinds and I will certainly use this company again.

Found this company on the internet, and what a great company they are. I ordered some vertical slats from them and they arrived very quickly. Not only did I get the slats I ordered but they also gave me the hangers and weights with chains included in the price for the slats. The slats were very good quality and they were a great price. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The communication was excellent from the minute I placed my order until the slats were delivered to me.

Faced with a costly replacement for a Hillary vertical blind which had become faulty chose to source parts and undertake work myself. Took pot luck in choosing Kingston Blinds Direct from an internet search engine but what a gem of a find! Absolutely professional and friendly in discharging their services. Received a couple of phone calls to discuss my requirements: thereby ensuring total satisfaction with the parts supplied. Everything received promptly as promised. Absolutely fantastic. Ordered some vertical slats to replace my old ones on my vertical blinds late pm on thurs 29/12/16 & received my blinds today 4/1/17, (with New Years Day & weekend/bank holiday all in between!!!) Well packed and exactly what I had ordered. Would definitely recommend to anyone & would use again.

After a recommendation from my sister I ordered a set of slats for a smaller window and was so impressed I ordered another set for the lounge bay window. The slats are a good quality at a fantastic price. All the fittings are supplied, they just need clipping into the original track. Both sets arrived within three days of ordering and were well packaged. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Initial response to my order was good. Goods arrived safely and secure.
My follow up enquiry for larger brackets was not so good. I was assured three times (over two days) that I would be contacted by Kingston Blinds to discuss my query but I had to phone a fourth time to get a response., I was told that KB would send me a pair of larger brackets but when they arrived they were the same size as the originals. Not worth paying the postage to return them! Frustrating. Will think again before dealing with KB again

Website was easy to understand and use. Delivery was quick and efficiency. Was dubious of quality after seeing initial price but all appears top notch. Very easy to install, took 5 minutes with electric drill. Very happy with the service and wrould recommend to all.

Great firm for spares for all blinds and for help on supply

Kingston blinds, whether direct from their website or via eBay, are excellent. I moved into a new home without curtains or blinds and ordered everything I needed through them. Reviewed the competition and decided to go with Kingston and was not disappointed. Great communication and everything arrived on time and to the exact spec I had requested. Truly recommended!
