Kingston Blinds Direct Reviews 

We looked at shutters from Kingston Blinds, William came around with samples and discussed our options. He is a very pleasant and friendly chap and arranged a reference viewing before we made our decision.

The blinds took a few weeks to arrive and he immediately booked an appointment with us for install.

The installation is excellent quality and perfectly fitted. It has made such a difference to the house.

William, cleaned up after himself and vacuumed the rooms and removed all rubbish and boxes. He even removed the existing window bars.

We are so happy that we are ordering blinds for our kitchen from them.

Will turned up at the agreed time and told me all the options very clearly. There was no pressure from him to make an order. I ordered shutters and they were fitted 10days earlier than he said they might be which was a real bonus in the weather we are having. On the day of fitting he again turned up at the agreed time, fitted shutters, talked me through opening of them cleared and took away all the rubbish. I could not have had better service and the price was very favourable as well

Ordered a electric awning with built-in lights and outside heater, the quality is top notch and the service i received was too. Completely changed the garden and the way we use it. Pictures on Google.

Ordered 4 extra long blinds on the Thursday 16th June
Never received an e mail confirmation
On speaking to customer service they e mailed me out a copy
My order was prepared and sent to UPS on the same day
On Friday I received an email from UPS informing me that my order would be delivered that day
So far so good—NO delivery time was forthcoming. So I stayed in all day only to get an exception from UPS at 5pm that delivery would be next working day
Since they don’t work weekends that would be Monday
No further information was available
I was charged £7.50 for this appalling service
I complained to customer services and asked for my delivery costs to be returned only to be told that UPS are a law to themselves So what could they do
Kingston blinds were very helpful but their currier reflects on their company
The blind wands we’re delivered on Monday afternoon after yet more of my time wasted

A bit slow on delivery and to answering the phone when querying where my blinds were.
Having said that, my slats had to come from Ireland, hence delay. Nice when you know!?1
Now the good stuff. Have used Kingston Blinds before and the blinds are spot on. Well made and well presented. None of the cheap stuff.

I ordered vertical blinds for patio doors to match my window. Once again Kingston blinds have come up to expectations! Arrived yesterday after less than a week. Put them up today, so easy and look so nice. To say I’m pleased seems an understatement. Highly recommend this company for all window dressing needs.

Received my order earlier this week. 5 Vertical blinds to go in our conservatory.
I just wanted to say that the quality seems great. They are spot on for size and were really easy to fit. If they behave during use (and why wouldn't they), you have one VERY satisfied customer.

Obsoletely fantastic service.

This is our first time ordering with Kingston Blinds, and couldn't be happier.

We did everything online, and placed our order on a Sunday evening. By the following Friday, our blinds had been manufactured and dispatched - ready for delivery on the Monday, so just over a week from order to delivery.

The slats where well made with machine stitched seams, and all hangers, weights and chains included.

I could not fault the service or the quality of the blinds.

Visited Kingston blinds this morning before I even said what I wanted I was informed by an old guy with a raised voice "we can't deal with you today, we have 3 off with covid" great customer service skills really inspires you to want to do business with them. I have used them for years with no problems but after this morning I'll take my custom elsewhere.

Terrible customer service

Out of 4 blinds ordered, 2 were acceptable, 2 were not.

No one answers the phone - it either rings out or is cut off, emails do not get a response.

Awful customer service - be very wary of purchasing.

We required replacement slats for two existing blinds following a house move.

We found Kingston Blinds via a Google search and they offered the longer style slats required in the design we we looking for and at a good price. We placed the order via PayPal.

I hadn't heard from Kingston for a good week so I sent a follow up email enquiring when I could expect the delivery.

The next day following the email, I received a phone call from Chris who apologised for the delay and explained they had been waiting for material to be delivered based on our order requirements. As a result, within a few days, the replacement slats were manufactured and delivered to us.

The blinds are decent quality and despite a slight delay, I was impressed with the customer service (phone call) and subsequent delivery so have no trouble in recommending.

Excellent service, delivered within in few days of ordering. Really nice slats at a fraction of the price we were quoted by a local company. Very pleased!

Whilst reading many negative reviews about other companies I came across Kingston Blinds who stood out to be the best with excellent reviews. I ordered replacement slats for my mum's blind & am highly delighted with them. There are ample choices of colours & designs at really competitive prices. The order was fulfilled and delivered really quickly.
I would highly recommend Kingston Blinds and will certainly be using them again.

Rubbish firm ordered 48” blinds got 18” after waiting nearly a month can’t contact ,phone just rings out don’t waste your money

Ordered replacement slats for Patio door. Excellent quality at great price. Highly recommend Kingston Blinds Direct.

We had excellent service from Kingston blinds. We requested a sample which came the next day and then ordered the slats which came within a week. Communication was great, quality was brilliant & price was very good. If you want good quality blinds/slats, with no hassle, take my advice go to Kingston blinds.

This is the second time I have used the company and I cannot commend too highly the service and the quality of the products. I am delighted with my vertical blinds. The online instructions for measuring and installing the blinds were easy to follow.

It's always satisfying to support a small independent business and I shall continue to spread the word. And I'll be back!
