The bus was an hour and half late. My stop was outside with no place inside to stay warm. It was -17C outside. I had a notice that the bus was going to be half an hour late. I called, after 15 minutes on the phone, I was finally told. The bus is on the highway coming my way. The agent on the phone could NOT give me an actual ETA. It was another 30 minute wait after the call. I have been standing outside in the freezing cold for an hout and they can't even give you an ETA. I will be promptly calling my lawyer and having this pathetic excuse of a company taken to court.
THIS BUS SERVICE WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED IN THE FREEZING COLD FOR AN HOUR!!! DO NOT USE EBUS!!!
Management and poor communication make me not recommend anyone to work with this company.
Supposed to leave at 8 pm. 8 : 25 and still not moving.
The bus was comfortable and travel smooth. However, I dislike their policy. They advert price from 15 euro/person for the ticket from St. Malo to Mt. St. Michel...until the last step in the payment they show you this price for the ticket (maybe with trick word "from") and the end the price is changed for 19 euro (in 2 person you pay additional 8 euro). I really dislike this untransparent and tricky practise.
Keolis parking ticket was issued by mistake. I've paid that ticket and then asked Keolis to consider refund. Their official response:
'Once a citation has been successfully paid, it is considered resolved, and the opportunity to appeal it is no longer available.' I.e. if money was paid by mistake they assume it their money.
I interact with Keolis buses for some time and I totally satisfied with the service they provide. I have seen many angry people here in the comments, but usually people don't come here to say thank you for the service, it is more to complain, so I will be the one, for behalf of thousands of people who got their bus on time, and who will say thank you, and we really appreciate your work!
Took a tumble whilst crossing tram lines to get to public pavement due to mud sitting at the edge of pavement, fell heavily and took brunt of fall on my arm, ruined a brand new coat in the process, and wrote to Bee Network as they are the trams I could see using the line in Ashton (ref 0224-CD4YV2-21036, they wrote back and said they were closing case as day to day matters are dealt with by Keolis Amey-Metrolink, a Ben Bevan (Metrolink email address) contacted me 28 Feb and asked for various info, I provided pics and proof of purchase, since then no response, chased him twice and no response (he never gave me a ref number or phone number) now 25 April !!!!
The new line of the bus 147 is totally drama. Always late and very often there is no bus at all. What am I paying for? Drama
