I expected more from their spades
I expected more from their spades, as full-time gardeners we purchased 2 of these spades, which look to be beautiful tools. Unfortunately one has broken off cleanly at the weld between the handle and plate. The second spade handle has been made with a piece of wood with a sharp burr, and as it has aged for 6 months, is now sharp enough to catch the hand at times... Can't find the receipt for them so hopefully someone might be able to suggest how I can get a replacement from them?

Purchased there sure cut
Purchased there sure cut, adjustable height lawn edging shears. The top of the shears handles are so flimsy and flexible, each time you open the blades wide and make the cut. Your fingers get caught between the top of the handles, due to the handles crossing over. I guess it's my own fault for buying cheap Chinese product.

Was the packaging appropriate?
I was quite disappointed when Evri, the carrier, failed on two deliveries. The third attempt was successful, but the driver alerted no one at the delivery address. The product is superb but the packaging was barely adequate. No wonder Evri returned two deliveries because the packaging was damaged and the product inside might have been damaged. We are talking here about a garden fork which rattled about in a far-too-large cardboard box.
Great product, very poor packaging. Think it through K&S. Hope this helps.

Fantastic customer service!
Unfortunately my Kent & Stowe spade fell apart on the welding line. I know it’s less than 4 years old and I couldn’t find my receipt. I called Kent & Stowe customer service who were brilliant. I emailed in pictures of the spade, its dimensions and the fault which they acknowledged straight away and then followed up with a second email with £45 of evouchers to enable me to replace the spade from their online shop. This is excellent customer service and it’s a brand I will remain loyal too and continue to buy into. I certainly recommend this brand!

Just to clarify, our long-handled tools are not supplied with a hanging loop. However, many of them are designed with a hole at the top of the handle, allowing you to add your own cord or loop for convenient storage if you wish.

Long Lasting Products from K&S
This is our second direct purchase from Kent and Stowe. We love the metal spray gun as we do the metal fittings for the hose. It is so much improved from the ‘yellow’ equivalents. It is engineered to last and has so many convenient features. Very happy customer.
