A One Stop Shop for all Gardening Equipment
The agent I spoke with when wishing to return the watering can with ordering the wrong size did not explain the £5.00 charge clearly. I was advised it was for making an error when the charge was for the return postage. However, the representative I spoke with yesterday 11 August 2026 concerning the refund was very helpful in organising the refund.

Let down by delivery agent
K&S Customer Service would get five stars. However, the company is let down by its choice of Evri as its delivery service, hence the overall three stars. However the initial delivery, "mislaid" by Evri was promptly replaced and is of excellent quality.

Faulty spade
Excellent company to deal with. Great quality products Faulty spade was replaced without quibble. My only issue was difficulty in uploading photos to support my case. Once that was resolved my replacement was dispatched immediately

The ordering,and delivery was excellent. I started to use them immediately and they've been in use very successfully every day since. They're very comfortable to work with and cut well. I'm very pleased with both.

Great customer service after I made a claim using their 15 year guarantee after the wooden shaft snapped whilst using it correctly to aerate a historically poor grass growing area of my lawn which has a hard clay like substrata. No fuss, no quibble with a replacement sent.

A good buy
I purchased a Kent and Stowe hose spray gun, very impressed with it. I purchased it from Screwfix. I have Osteoarthritis in my hands and it is much easier to use than the plastic ones. And it has a 5 year guarantee.
