Items literally disintegrate
The bags are nice... For a short while.
I bought a phone bag with my initials on and a purse it's been around two years now and the bag is just Absolutely falling apart and the purse seems to be disintegrating. I don't use a bag/purse a lot so it's definitely not due to over using (especially the purse) as I'm a bank card in the jeans and off you go person. Both items seem to be crumbling away. So realistically, Overpriced for something that simply will hardly last you. I've also bought gifts from Katie Loxton for other people and I know I massively regret it.

Great weekend bag, arrived quickly personalised and great quality!
Terrible experience!!
Absolutely appalling!! Ordered 2 personalised bags for next day delivery and the delivery arrives and there was just the free gift bag and not the 2 bags!! Contacted the customer service team via live chat and they advised would receive a new order via next day delivery and now the next day has come, the order still says “processing” and no sign of the bags!! I don’t think I’ll ever order off Katie Loxton again! Who knows when the bags will turn up!!!

Amazing customer service
My Mum brought me a weekend bag for Christmas to use as my hospital bag for when I have my first baby! Unfortunately my Mum put my maiden name initials. She emailed customer service and explained her mistake to see if there was anything she could do and the team responded that they would be happy to send out a new bag with the correct initials as its such a sentimental item free of charge. We are beyond grateful and I'm so pleased that they were so helpful even though it was my mums mistake! Would highly reccomend and will continue to order from them with such great customer service.

To say I am disappointed by Katie Loxton is an understatement.
I ordered for my daughter a travel bag with matching birthstone jewellery case.
I was told earlier in the week that the order would be with me this week then I get money back in my bank with no email confirming that the travel bag was over sold. Then I am not offered an alternative but given a £5 gift voucher.
I ordered from you as I was told that your goods were good and I received something from my friend from yourselves.
Then a huge box arrived today with the very small jewellery case and a huge gift bag. The cost of sending this would have been expensive.

Lovely bag, but won't last long
This Christmas (2023), I was bought a lovely change bag from Katie Loxton with my initials on. I have only used the bag about once a week (probably less) since Christmas, but already there are signs of wear. On the bottom of the bag some of the 'leather' is coming off, and today I just noticed today that both handles are already splitting!!! It's hardly been taken anywhere and I doubt will even last me until the end of my maternity leave. In addition, the change mat appears to stain!!
Misleading
I bought a weekend bag and a crossbody bag both in light taupe when they arrived they were completely different colours when I questioned that they had made a mistake there response was the colours do come up different across the different collections this is very misleading as I wanted the items to match as it was a present for my daughter . I think this should be made clear on their site .

Ordered the lulu bag & diffuser for my friend. I ordered to the wrong delivery address, I contacted customer service, they amended address quickly and with zero fuss...they were absolutely brilliant 😑
The bag arrived, it did have a couple of creases in it, but it didn't detract from overall look. Personalised tag was tasteful and looked nice.
The packaging was beautiful.
Overall extremely pleased with service & product. Would highly recommend mend.

Similar to other customers experiences, I placed an order, and upon receiving it, I discovered that an item was missing. I was not informed of the item's unavailability nor was a refund issued. When I followed up on the missing item, I encountered delays and was initially brushed off before being offered a replacement. Unfortunately, by the time they responded, the item had gone out of stock in the specific colour I had ordered, although other colours were still available. While a refund was eventually issued, I doubt it would have been processed without my proactive follow-up. Additionally, I am disappointed that they did not inquire about substituting the item with a different colour. (I believe this was due to a £4 increase in the other colours!) This experience has left me dissatisfied with my first online purchase.
Ordered Orla crossbody personalised initials not as advertised.
Ordered Orla crossbody bag paid for personalised initials as shown on website on front of bag. Arrived with initials on carry strap not even on the crossbody strap.. hardly noticeable. Nice bag … Disappointed with personalised initials as not effective and not as shown false advertising really.

if I could give zero I would. Email to say a week later out of stock refund given with £5 gd will voucher, so katie loxton gets £2.95 from u for postage u do not get this refunded. So thought ok try again same purse with £5 discount, same again happen. So they have £5.90 profit of me for non existance postage AVOID AVOID!!!

In the last month I have ordered 2 x different bags. The first bag I ordered took 4 days longer to arrive than I was advised. When it arrived it was damaged. It was replaced however but it did concern me a bit.
The 2nd bag I ordered for a time sensitive birthday gift. I ordered in plenty of time 8th January. I was advised 4-6 days for delivery…
I gave it 6 days then started chasing via the email address. I was constantly being advised they were busy and then after my 3rd chaser I was sent an email to say it was shipped via Royal Mail.
That was on the 16/1/24. To date 23/1/24 I still have received nothing?
Royal Mail tracking number I was given says Royal Mail are waiting on your item…. I had to phone today 23/1/24 as I was concerned. I was advised by a non sympathetic Becky that infact not only was it lost They had no more of that bag in stock….
To add insult to injury my refund could take up to 10 days……
This is not the type of service I would of expected from Katie loxton..
Appalling and nothing offered to replace it with. I am of the mindset they oversold these bags in the first instance and never did have any to fulfill my order..

Like others who have recently purchased from this company, I was a little concerned after then reading so many negative reviews.
However, my order arrived when it was meant to, 4-7 days. I am very happy with the quality and the service received.
Would happily purchase again and recommend to others.

This is now the 2nd order I have placed on line with this company, both times they have taken my money, the item shows in stock and then a week later I get a letter apologising for it being out of stock and a £5 gift voucher.
How on earth they are still in business I don’t know.

Happy with the order
Was really sceptical after ordering after seeing a lot of negative reviews.
Whilst my order was slightly late, the bag and personalised scarf I ordered as a gift to my mother in-law are so pretty and it's been beautifully wrapped and presented.
I will definitely order again from here but maybe order in advance next time just in case there are any delays.
Overall very happy with the order.
