Act of god
We had all new windows and doors in our house and were generally quite happy with the quality and service. We then found a unit had cracked and thought of course this will be something they will replace. They say it is something that just happens sometimes with glass even if it is brand new and they don't cover it with there warranty. Like buying a brand new car and after a week one of the windows falls apart, its an act of god lol
