I have ordered and paid for a WV2 refurbished Window vacuum but have only received a base unit for the vacuum not the whole unit. Totally unacceptable I trust the full unit will be sent ASAP

Update.
I have since received most of the missing parts to enable me to make up the window vacuum. I can accept that the wrong package was sent but I am still, missing a power cord and charger and have had no replies to my last two e mails.
Final update.
Charger sent following the last update I made to my review. So I did eventually end up with a complete a complete (build it yourself 😂) window vacuum.

Broke after 6 months. Ordered a K2 Compact Karcher, and like many complaints on here, it broke after a few months, started leaking and now motor has failed. Items are sold cheap because they are faulty and don't last more than 6 months, that's why the warranty is 6 months and not 12 because outlet items don't last. Do not buy from here it will be a waste of money and you'll regret it.

The customer service at Karcher Outlet has been extremely disappointing. Despite having stayed at home on more than five occasions in anticipation, my item has yet to be delivered. They've also failed to provide any estimate regarding when it might arrive. After a four-week wait, I've decided I will not be using their services again.

Six months after purchasing a power washer from them it started leaking.

When I contact them, as it was under warranty they said they would replace it and they arranged collection of the defective item. I never received any acknowledgement of the return, nor did they courier provide any tracking number.

One month later and I have not received a replacements and the are ignoring my requests for an update.

After having read some of the reviews I must have been lucky as I’ve not had any issues with the products I’ve bought recently but I have only just used the window vacuum which worked well. I also bought a wet and dry vacuum which looks brand new so am hoping this does its job just as well. Both were reasonably priced and arrived quickly so no complaints with that either, postage is quite pricey though. I would still recommend them to friends and family.

Easy to use Web page with a good choice of products.
My refurbished model was in perfect condition without a mark anywhere.

Downgraded to 1*. Still no reply to emails after nearly a week.
But they do have time to object to Trust Pilot reviews instead. Unbelievable.

Ordered a refurb K4 jet washer.
Opened box, found it's broken, several broken parts in the bottom of the box. Box itself is intact and no sign of impact on the outside.

I should have stumped up the extra £ and bought at Kranzle machine instead.

Frustrating to try to get hold of Karcher / JMS. No phone number on the web page, no live webchat, no acknowledgement for our email to customer services, no idea when we will be contacted. Just SO non-customer-friendly for 2023.

If thy haven't replied on Monday, it'll be time to put the payment on the credit card into dispute.

2* review at present, will reduce to 1* if not sorted promptly.

I messaged the customer service about a repair. They answered me that I need to call them up :) :) :) :). 2023, you need to call them up :) :) :).
My SE 4001 is broken, I wanted to enquiry about the repair cost. You need to pay for the inspection in advance + the repair costs. Inspection starts from 60£, they make you pay the labor cost basically + repair cost can be easily 60£ they said. TTL 120£ minimum.
The manufacturer need to repair the product for free if it is a manufacturing defect.
Oh, and they are open from 9-5, Monday to Friday only :)
If you don't bring it in for inspection cuz you need to pay for it and you need to take a day off, then they have nothing to repair for free :)
Karcher is german, I was hoping for some german quality. They don't live up to the brand.

I’ve had a good experience - the item arrived quickly and in as new condition. Only the manual was missing but was easy enough to find online. I’d buy from them again.

I ordered a steam mop, it arrived snapped in two pieces, contacted customer service to ask for a replacement. It was delivred today: the replacement mop they sent me was the very SAME broken one.

For a company that cares about brand image and sustainability, why don't you go look into the service provided by the outlet. I asked for a refund this time, that'll be 4 lots of couriers used. Very sustainable...

Excellent service. Quick delivery and well packed. Saved money by going with these guys and getting a refurbished unit. Not a mark on it it was like brand new

Ordered window vac the item that arrived was dirty obviously well used, with small pieces of cardboard stuck in the suction tube, will be returning for a full refund.
It seems this company has a problem with quality control I will not be using them again!!

Bought a K4 Power Control. Worked fine for two months so threw the box out. Finally I bought a Karcher detergent bottle and found it would not dispense. £7 later after buying the correct long reach torx bit I took the front off and found the detergent dispenser pipe was not connected to the pump. Reconnected so all was good but during the process I noticed couple of parts (screw and pin) were missing from the bottom - Another £6 to Spares4you.co.uk. Overall a disappointing experience.

Appalling. Damaged faulty goods sent. Took almost an hour on a chat to try to organise return. Have to wait in all day for a courier, or a neighbour can or I can hide it somewhere for the courier to collect. Apparently impossible to send a simple returns label or take it to a drop off point. If this isn’t acceptable I can post it back at my own cost. All for a damaged £30 window vacuum. Avoid

If you read all the descriptions online this comes with a dirt blaster lance.

On this site it describes refurbished items as "A new unit that has been returned to Karcher. This could be an unwanted item, have a cosmetic scuff or scratch, or a broken part that needs replacing.
All items undergo a complete inspection and refurbishment process by Karcher."

The product title does not say it has missing parts. Mine was missing a dirt blaster lance. If I now have to buy one the total cost will be more than buying a new machine.

I tried customer services who were not helpful. Even though they agreed it's not clear they will not rectify the situation. Either charging me postage both ways if I want to return the item. This will be expensive. Or offering to sell me a lance. Ah!

Karcher are hiding behind a misleading description. It is very rare these days that an online business does not resolve an issue.

They claim they are affiliated with Karcher but it may be a scam site.

Buyer beware. Items may appear to be good value when they are not.

Having purchased a previous pressure washer from this company I had no hesitation in looking for a new one when it packed up after 8 years.
What has happened guys in the last 8 years going from providing a fantastic service to an apparent indifference to customer care.
I received my new pressure washer but could not use it because it had a missing retaining clip for the foot connector. No problem these things happen I just got on the chat line and received an apology and confirmation that I would get the missing clip in three working days.
To date I am still awaiting this very small part which could have been put in an envelope and posted to me. I have contacted them again through my account to ask what was happening about getting the part to me. There has been no response to my query which was confirmed has being received by customer services.
Please customer services help your customers who are trying to minimise costs in these hard financial times by buying things they need through outlets like yourselves. Just because we are forced to buy second hand it does not give an excuse to provide a second hand service.
04/05/2023 Thought I would provide an update on the progress of getting the clip I need to use a pressure washer I received over two weeks ago. The first clip sent out was apparently lost by DHL so after contacting Karcher Outlet I was informed that another was posted out to me on Thursday 27 April. I am still waiting for this. I contacted Karcher Outlet again this morning and was informed that Royal Mail were having delays with their deliveries and to wait until tomorrow to see if it arrives.
I will update this further so that it provides a good indication of the aftersales service being provided to me as a customer.
09/05/2023 received a replacement clip today but unfortunately Karcher Outlet have sent the wrong one so contacted them again and have been promised that they will sent the correct one out. Now getting close to three weeks since I received the pressure washer and I have not been able to use it,
12/05/2023 Received the correct pin from Karcher Outlet and the pressure washer is now fully operational and working well.
Now happy to change my review classification to 4 star as Karcher Outlet corrected the problem. Just marked down because of the time taken to get the unit operational.

It is extremely rare that a Company is as fair and expedient as Karcher Outlet.
I had the misfortune of my existing pressure washer that I purchased from Karcher Outlet breaking down on me just 4 days before the guarantee ran out ( it could have been worse i.e 4 days after my guarantee period)
I still had a little trepidation whilst ringing them to report the breakdown, would they honour the terms of the Guarantee etc. I needn’t have concerned myself as the lady who answered the phone ( her name was Gemma) could not have been more professional. She immediately confirmed that I was still in my warrantee period and arranged ( at no cost to me ) for the faulty machine to be collected the next day and assured me that a replacement would be dispatched on receipt of the collection. Sure enough 3 days after the collection a replacement was delivered (again at no cost to me)
Thanks guys at Karcher Outlet, and especially Gemma. I would recommend your Company to everyone reading this as they are honest and trustworthy.

It's appears Karcher Outlet must be hit and miss. I can't fault my personal experience at all. Ordered a WD5 Wet and Dry vacuum for £80 'refurbished'. The thing looks brand new and only took 2 days to arrive. Seems to work perfectly at present. I received email confirmation the day after purchase (purchased late the day before), received confirmation when dispatched and good communication from DHL too. Maybe the issues are more with the pressure washers? Who knows. Anyway, good experience personally, so that's all I can say really.

Do not buy from Karcher Outlet. The first one broke on first use. They replaced it with another one under warranty. The new one has also broke after 8 months, but now outside their 6 month warranty. They are now refusing to fix. Extremely poor customer care! See their reply below! Two machine broken within a year with the same issue. Bare in mind it has not been used all winter either.
