Lots of issues
Lots of issues:
Delivery delays. I can understand that they have to process a lot but then the estimated delivery is usually not correct.
Product quality: The problem is even if the products may be good, I feel like I am sometimes receiving used/old products.
Packaging: Sometimes they come in a bad shape, the packages in the parcel are not even taped to be securely packed.
App:
It lags.
When you, for instance, issue a return, you are asked to give a reason if possible, but the options are in another language.
The interface is in German, but the options to choose are, I guess, in Dutch, and then when given instructions on how to send the order back, you see an icon in Turkish, explanation in German and pdf in Dutch (?).
You should really work on the app and product descriptions.
I think the company has very good products and great campaigns. However, the service/operations do really have weaknesses. It is sad that due to these, many people keep having issues and complaints, and it looks like it doesn't really get better. I believe some app-testing for user experience would be great.

was informed by the Karaca team in Turkey that I would receive an email with a €20 coupon shortly. However, it has now been more than a week and I have still not received any email or update.
I would also like to point out that I have been dealing with issues related to my order since November 2025, and unfortunately I have experienced several problems with the customer service during this time. Overall, I find the service so far to be very unsatisfactory.

Whenever I place an order, the product arrives either wrong or broken. In my last order, a broken item arrived. I requested the broken piece from Karaca, but I didn’t even receive a response. I won’t be shopping there again. I also returned the product.

We ordered 1 set of Galactic Set for 12 personen, some came broken they said we have to return the order, we returned it and ordered e new set, it also came with broken plates inside of it. Costumer service always says we don’t have these pieces in stock we can’t send them. We are tired of sending back and ordering again and its also the most expensive set they have.
