I loved the experience and truly hope to have the opportunity to come back. I would just recommend improving the accommodation organisation, as in my personal experience a few inconveniences occurred. They were solved on Monday, but since I arrived on Saturday, my first days were affected and there was no solution available until the start of the week.
I also heard several negative experiences from classmates staying in family homes, which is not ideal for the school’s reputation.
Finally, it seems that the course price varies depending on the student’s country of origin, and this made me feel that I may have paid more than others.

i bought an online course from Kaplan international, i paid, but no one contacted with me yet, i dont have any information, i dont know how can access this course, i sent a lot of emails but they never gave answer.

Update :
They contacted with me and fixed my problem. They were very kind and helpful. Because of the issue, they also gave me extra lessons as a gift.

Aisha, you only taught me for one week but you was more than wonderful. I will not forget when you helped me and my friend outside Kaplan when we was in a difficult situation, and you calmed us down.

And of course I will not forget the first aid team, Alya and Awadh. You help anytime and anywhere, and your attitude is always very kind.

Even after my classes finish, I’ll still remember those moments.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Kaplan Test of English. My test was marked as an invalid attempt due to secondary camera orientation and an alleged plagiarism issue, even though I followed the setup to the best of my understanding and did not cheat or copy content.
This was my first remotely proctored test, and the process was extremely confusing. I was later told that a 360-degree room scan was required, but I do not recall receiving clear prompts during the test. The camera issue also appears to be technical, yet the responsibility was placed entirely on me.
The appeals process requires a £30 fee, which is difficult for students already under financial pressure. Because of this outcome, I missed my university deadline and had to stop my education loan process.
I strongly advise future test takers to read every instruction very carefully and consider alternative English tests if deadlines are critical.

My experience at Kaplan school in Liverpool, was great, the teacher are good and nice, approachable, willing to help you with your questions and inquiries about your learning. From my experience, Kaplan is the best place when it comes to learn English. The teachers are very competent and patient with your learning process, they will motivate and encourage you to talk every time and they are also very gentle. This school covers all the skills that are required for being an English speaker, but the greatest factor of this place is that you are always debating and talking about different daily situations inside class. For sure this place will help you to improve your critical thinking as well as the rest of your english skills.

Level was wayyyy to low even in C2. And too much French spoken in the hallways.
