I used your website via my phone. It was a little tricky to navigate. My concert is coming up and this is the last piece of music I need .I paid for the expedited shipping. Here's hoping the music arrives in time.
I'm not a web designer - but maybe a second look and a few people to try out the website on different platforms (I-Pad/ Phone/ Laptop might be helpful.

I gave these out to students on Wednesday (5/13) and most of them are reporting they are already seeing signs of the embossed letters on the front rubbing off. This is very problematic and we JUST received them. Can you please provide an explanation of why these new folders are having quality control issues already?

Your website will not let me download or print the EPrint version of the music I purchased. I am only able to view the music through your website but there is no option to print or download. Without being able to download or print the music is pretty much useless to me. I buy digital music all the time and it is generally very simple and straight forward to Dow load. I have never had this issue with any other company.

I haven't received what I ordered yet
I haven't received what I ordered yet, so it's rather hard to comment much. But the ordering process was easy. The shipping cost was a couple times more than the price of the order, but I guess that's the world we live in these days.
