I asked for mid length as my hair was long, yes they made it slightly shorter than my request but hey it happens, but I LOVED it so much. This west Asian man was doing mine, he was kind, efficient an... See more

Very expensive
Online booking was easy, hairdresser was lovely, cut was great. But OMG so over priced! 13 year old girl earlier this year cost $45 for wash cut and blow wave, same person, same age range, same hair. Today same thing cost me $122! I was shocked it is half of what I paid at a luxury salon, 2.5 hours including a color. $32 to cut hair and $90 to wash and blowwave, 30 minute visit. This is not a budget salon. I was shocked
I had a great experience …
I popped into the midland branch and got in straight away with the lovely Jonelle. She listened to what I was looking for and more than delivered. My hair feels so soft.. I love it!. I ended up buying smooth & groom leave in conditioner, which J alsi recommend. It does what it says and smells fantastic (fruity).
She made me feel relaxed, being down to earth and gave great advice. I’ll definitely go back to see her.
Affordable, excellent hair styling and care! :-)
Dear Ambyr,
RE: Thank you from “Just Cuts” client, Kate ****
I came to “Just Cuts Hornsby” last Saturday (29th July) around 9am for a wash and dry. I mentioned to you that I was about to test-drive a car that I really liked the look of that morning, so I wanted to look and feel my best that day.
Thank you for the lovely wash and dry you did on my hair, and for showing me how to smooth flyways – both with serum, and with a tissue and hairspray.
Your style made my hair look silky, gorgeous, and it sat really well. I went to the dealership feeling and looking confident.
The test drive went really well. I loved the car so much that I spent the next 48 hours completing a loan application for it. It was intense, challenging work with a lot of things to think about. But last Monday (31st July), the finance manager rang to say my car loan had been approved! I was (and still am) thrilled!
I know you only did a simple wash and dry. But I just wanted you to know that my appointment with you helped me look and feel my best, and it created a great professional impression.
It was also really nice to chat to a friendly face first thing on a stressful day, before a challenging week ahead. So, thank you - you made a difference on a day that really mattered.
I look forward to seeing you whenever I next pop in for a wash and dry at "Just Cuts" Hornsby.
Warm regards,
Kate.
Stylists will ignore customer preference
The stylist (!) asked for my preference for style - then simply ignored that and did it her way. My lovely style cut (which just needed a six-week trim) is now a six-week bad haircut to live with. This is not the first time this has happened. Also, the price for a cut is no longer reasonable, which was one of positives this company used as an incentive to go there.
If the store says they’re open at 9 am…23
If the store says they’re open at 9 am and then you come in and the store isn’t open until 10 am on a Sunday. That’s false advertising. My son came in had to wait an hour before they opened. The staff were too focused on their own hair to even bother attending to the customer straight after after the false openings of the store.
Unhappy and very rude for customers
Very unhappy hair style and when I ask to make style visible and nice the stylist ask more money. She refuse to tell her name even. Very bad experience and never ever back to Justcut salon anywhere.
Hairdresser Nerea at Bondi Junction
Hairdresser Nerea at Bondi Junction
I recently had a haircut appointment for my child, and I must say it was the worst experience I've ever had. The hairdresser's demeanor was incredibly rude and impatient throughout the entire session. Not only did their behavior make us uncomfortable, but the quality of the haircut was also extremely disappointing. Moreover, the haircut itself was a disaster. The hairdresser appeared to rush through the process, paying little attention to detail. As a result, the hair ended up being cut unevenly, with noticeable chunks missing in certain areas. It was clear that the hairdresser's lack of skill and care had greatly affected the final outcome.
Professionalism
Hi! Very good hairdressing service, thanks to Benshi for his professionalism! The best barber in Qt!
Hairdresser Richard - Smithfield shop…
Richard at the smithfield shop gave me a fantastic haircut. He listens to what you want and then uses his professional skills to make the cut and style perfect. Made my day!!!
Thank you 🙂

Extremely expensive for basic cuts
Extremely expensive for basic cuts. JustCuts, when they first started was the place to go for a basic cut at a reasonable price. Now they charge a flat fee for ALL types of cuts. $42 is excessive for a basic trim of adult male with short hair. I can get a cut and style for half that at any number of other stores. Corporate greed.
Got my haircut today at JustCuts
Got my haircut today at JustCuts. I'm a regular but noticing a sharp decline in 'talent' in getting a decent haircut. Today the person was not hygienic (that is just kept all her brushes/combs in a top drawer - no sterilising between customers) and couldn't style hair to save herself. In the end I could not pay the bill of $63 and she reduced it to just wash/cut. Very disappointing. Shouldnt be cutting hair.
Karan at Strathpine
Karan at Strathpine did a One on the back when asked to leave the length. Tried to stop but too late. She was wearing a mask so had muffled voice. Only a $5 discount.
I did not have a very satisfactory hair…
I did not have a very satisfactory hair cut today. I am a regular customer of Just cuts, I requested for a layered haircut but the end result was not very satisfying 🙁. I wont be using Just cuts anymore , hir dresser hardly spend 30 mins to do a really fast cut on front and small tail bit on back, she did a quick wash and charged 64$, I was expecting more elaborate cut similar to my previous experience there.
Just got the best style cut at Just…
Just got the best style cut at Just Cuts Indooroopilly by a male hairdresser. Very pleased with the outcome .
New Lynn Just cuts is where i got my…
New Lynn Just cuts is where i got my haircut today it is the worst ugliest horrible haircut i have ever received it looks like a bob mullet if that even a thing and if it wasn't it is now I literally cried seeing this haircut I said I wanted a trim and she took off 15cm to 20cm and my hair is slow growing so I will have this hideous haircut for a long time. I have no idea how this business is still open. I want a refund
Not worth the bother of the booking system
This is the third time this has happened to me. I looked on the app today before I left to drive to Indooroopilly to get hair cut. Website says closes at 5:30pm. App says wait time is 0-5 minutes so I don't book in as I can't be there in 5 minutes. I drive the 20 minutes to Indooroopilly Shopping centre but when I try and book into the app at 4:31 it won't allow me to check in. I call the shop and they say they won't let me in because they have a waitlist.
System doesn't work and not worth putting up with inconvenience as not as good value as it used to be.
Magic experience
Sarah at Rockingham City shopping centre. Genius stylist, happy, friendly, does exactly what you want. Entire staff are delightful. Seriously recommend 😍
Just Cuts - Hobart with Benita
I just got a hair cut from Benita in the Hobart city store (Cat & Fiddle Arcade) & she was fabulous. She was a great cutter & enjoyed doing my cut which was a little different. She was fast as I was a little short for time & good company & I'll be going to see her again.
Kristy from Just Cuts Midland Gate cut…
Kristy from Just Cuts Midland Gate cut my family's hair. Great friendly service and professional work. Highly recommend.
Amazing Agnes in Noosa
Agnes at the Noosa salon expertly rescued my disastrous hair cut I had at a local salon in Wynyard, Tasmania.
Agnes is friendly, chatty and more importantly a very good hairdresser.
Thank you for restyling my hair and making me look 20 years younger! My darling husband says I should go back and have another cut!!!???
